To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都覺得呢間唔錯，不過聽說佢轉左幾次手.。聽街坊講佢的鑊氣小炒幾好的，於是叫了個椒鹽鮮尤外賣拎返屋企。呢個餸平時喺屋企可能做到，所以如果街有嘅話都好想試吓。拎到返屋企仍然都係熱辣辣嘅，脆粉做得好好，上面嘅嗰啲椒鹽同埋辣粉嘅味道都啱啱好。唯一美中不足嘅係，裏面嘅魷魚真係冇味道，可能係急凍嘅關係啦。不過呢個價錢同區入邊最平，隔離間酒樓都要賣到$110。呢間80幾蚊做到呢個價錢做到呢個味道仲要有咁多條好抵食。
