We were invited to pick out the seafood thinking it was part of the combo.... until the bill came and I was 2x what was expected. Didn’t argue because we should have known, but the staff lacked common decency to let us know that the combo we ordered didn’t include certain items, but instead encouraged us to pick whatever we want. Waiter didn’t take responsibility and just said we didn’t understand English. Lesson learned, will never come here again.

侍應姐姐將整粥底的材料倒進石鍋入面,然後放一個有好多孔的蒸架係上面,目的係將海鮮肉汁菜汁的鮮味精華滴落石鍋做粥底。最後蓋上籐製的「籐帽」蒸,就大功告成。大家一路食吾駛驚蒸過龍,因為每一種食物都有專人幫你落,計時,開蓋,上碟。真心佩服侍應姐姐的熟練和細心,要「看守」幾檯但食物並冇因爲要等而蒸到老晒。

最後個粥底都好正,不過有咁多海鮮,再加埋滑雞的雞油,想吾好味都難啦,係符合合理的預期之中既。

唯一美中不足係衛生有進步的空間,雖然大部份的中式酒家也是特別係廁所出面的地下很滑,如果舖多一些防滑地毯會安全一點。行到一步一驚心,一陣間跌底就吾好啦。

呢度有代客泊車,$50 一架車,ok 啦~

今晚我們9個人幫朋友慶祝生日,我們就要了每人$338任食的餐。一坐下來,已經感覺無冷氣,問了那個經理還支吾以對,後來才知道冷氣壞了。那個男經理還說在修理。食到一半真的實在太熱,根本無可能繼續食那個蒸海鮮,於是我們叫買單,再問經理點解決。那個經理一直逃避不過來,當過來的時候還問:你地想點?咪繼續食啦。我地就話根本我地都未飽,一直熱。。那個經理還辯稱冷氣剛壞,你地可以等到冷氣好番。。根本就是垃圾,再問應該給我們discount. 開頭不肯給,最後免我地2個人收費,但一直態度不好。。。。。真的不知所謂,服務態度差到爆炸。。。。

蒸氣石鍋本來就是廣州一帶的食法,人們上面蒸肉,下面熬粥,不浪費任何肉汁的食法相當聰明。「潮福」把它引進香港,迎合香港人愛吃海鮮的口味,材料新鮮,經得考驗。呢餐海鮮餐人均約 $330,合理,不用收開瓶費,食得開心;所以在芸芸眾多模仿者中,我仍是喜歡它。

美國桶蠔,蠔身大隻肥美,就算蒸熟了仍很飽滿,入口啖啖肉蠔 味濃郁,讓人回味無窮。
 
全部海鮮都十分新鮮味美,感覺處理得很乾淨, 讓客人食得安心;而且店員的服務亦十分專業,每次放入食材之餘, 還會在枱上的計時器Set好時間, 定時定候為客人取出及奉上蒸製好的成品,火候控制到位, 客人大可繞住雙手慢慢享受海鮮美食。


食完海鮮,其實經已飽了一截,接著到任食自選菜單,選擇不算多但質素較精,我們點了蟲草花清遠雞、手切和牛肉、自製鮮牛丸、手打梅菜豬肉丸 、百花釀花菇和家鄉釀豆卜等等。

自製鮮牛丸,入口爽彈;手打梅菜肉丸夠特别,外邊比較少見,梅菜味突出,有點似梅菜蒸豬肉的口感。百花釀花菇和家鄉釀豆卜這兩款傳統手工菜,蝦膠釀上花菇,濃濃菌香夾上爽嫩軟糯口感,很有家鄉風味;鯪魚肉釀在豆卜內,果皮魚香滲入豆卜之中,簡簡單單,帶著傳統家庭菜的味道。
 
主菜過後最後當然來點甜品,今次比較特別,我們點了馬拉糕作結尾。馬拉糕蒸得鬆軟,帶著淡淡蔗糖清香,清甜好味,記緊要留肚一試。


最後不要忘記那個吸收了食材精華的瑤柱淮山粥底,因為實在太鮮甜味美了!雖然大家食完海鮮肉類早已叫飽,但當這個盡吸精華的粥底出場後,大家都爭相要試,不消片刻已盡清見底。


這個蒸鍋放題原本想試很久了,想不到真的性價比不俗,海鮮頗有質素,食材新鮮得來亦具特色,三百多元有齊龍蝦、鮑魚和桶蠔,而且啤酒汽水和竹蔗水都是任飲的,包保一定可以大快朵頤,我們一班兄弟當晚談談情說說笑,輕鬆快樂的又渡過了滿足的一晚。

蒸好的馬拉糕鬆軟無比,加上其熱呼呼,水分剛好的,令人忍不住一口又一口的把它清理掉,很想多吃一件呢~!!

最後就是粥底,沒記錯是加入了排骨的粥底,煲到很棉,加入了不少海鮮以後令味道更甜,可是蟲草花的味道令粥底帶點甘,跟我想要的超甜粥底有點出入。雖然那不是我想要的粥底,但軟棉棉的口感卻是值得讚賞的。

第一次食這種現蒸現吃的海鮮,邊食邊蒸,不用擔心食得慢菜會涼,可以慢慢享受。這裡的食材都很新鮮,現選現殺,分量也都還比較足。我和我老公兩人食到撐,最後還剩一盤肉丸沒食。下次還會考慮來這家用餐~
