To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2007年8月30日 今日去長洲行街,踏完單車,就想去附近揾啲餐廳.就比我揾到為食堡,都幾多人去食.蹄下個餐牌,我自己就叫咗個雪菜肉絲湯米($16),我阿爸叫咗個豬扒包($14),媽子就叫咗個班魚飯($27),個湯米都唔錯,幾好.個豬扒包好足料有豬扒,茄汁,沙律醬,香腸,生菜等.個飯好大碟,好新鮮,好好味.不洗加一,$57,既足料又大份,平靜正!

我同班朋友去玩既時候去過兩次~我同個朋友第一次去0的服務普通啦..不過我覺得好衛生囉~!!因為我見到有個女仔係到清潔緊!!雖然0的野食貴了少少~不過都可以接受..第二日我地成班人去食~埋單好貴...不過我朋友同個老闆娘講收平少少~點知佢又肯啵~又講得笑...0的服務都好好多!!我覺得人多可能佢地會開心0的...連服務都好0的~!!
