這次我品嚐的魚肉燒賣讓我感到印象深刻,因為它的份量相當大,每一口都能嚐到豐富的肉餡。燒賣的外皮也相對較厚,給人一種結實的口感。然而,整體的味道卻有些普通,沒有特別突出的風味,讓人覺得少了一些驚喜。燒賣上淋的豉油帶有鮮甜的味道,這一點讓我感到稍微滿意。豉油的調味為燒賣增添了一定的層次感,使得每一口都能感受到一點鹹香的滋味。不過,除了豉油外,肉餡的調味似乎沒有很強的個性,讓整體的口感顯得有些單調。總體來說,這道肉燒賣在份量上非常充足,但在味道上還有提升的空間。希望未來能有機會再次嘗試,並且找到更具特色的版本。 continue reading

上次仲係疫情時去過,望緊食咩既時候,有個阿姐拉低口罩打乞嗤,再搵隻帶住手套嘅手抹走啲鼻涕... 之後繼續整嘢食,我即刻去第二間。今日想食煎釀三寶,又唔記得咗上次啲咁嘔心嘅畫面就幫襯左,我本來想要六舊嘅,所以阿姐搵個細紙袋裝,之後我想要多兩舊,佢就將本來裝咗嗰啲到返出嚟換個大紙袋,唔知係邊度跌埋張用過嘅紙巾喺啲煎釀三寶上面... 之後個阿姐拎走張紙巾之後就夾紙巾下面嗰幾舊俾我,我呆到冇左反應。。。俾完錢之後,行多幾步先醒起呢啲咁核突嘅嘢唔係第一次見過,越諗越打冷震,之後就成袋掉左落垃圾桶。 continue reading

去咗那間好評如潮嘅燒賣王,勁期待佢哋嘅平民美食。一啖啖燒賣,賣相勁吸引,心諗一定要試吓!揀咗傳統燒賣同墨魚汁燒賣,一咬落去,天啊🌟彈性十足,肉汁四濺,個個都係彈牙飽滿。传統燒賣皮薄香嫩,肉質彈滑,蒸得啱啱好;墨魚汁更加係出色,香濃得黎唔腥,獨特風味令人難以忘懷!相比下,酥炸鯪魚球都唔遜色,金黃色外衣嘅酥脆🧇,一啖入口已經聽到脆聲,入面魚肉又嫩又鮮甜,做得好入味,口感一流。總之係,燒賣同鯪魚球都做到外酥內嫩,真係食到停唔到口,完全符合平民美食嘅標準,又好食又抵食,食客你又點能夠錯過呢👍?下次再黎,我一定再試啲咩好食,希望大家都唔好錯過呢間寶藏小店! continue reading

上次買煎釀三寶,又一次叫自己以後唔好再幫襯呢間藍田嘅燒買王子。因為係要先俾錢買菲,錢就俾左啦, 但面前嘅三寶好似放左好耐咁,所以我話想等炸下一轉嘅炸豆腐,個條4眼肥仔黑口黑面話我企喺度阻住晒,我唯有要面前嘅野,但我指邊舊,佢就俾另一舊俾我,跟本唔俾你𢵧,當佢夾舊豆腐仲成舊魚肉甩出黎,我同佢講,佢堅持話無甩,返到屋企真係無左舊魚肉,而且無魚味,全部係粉。呢條4眼肥仔係老闆,次次嘅態度都咁衰,連其他d員工都衰過人,買幾次都係佢俾乜,你就食乜,發誓唔再幫襯,唔再受佢氣,快d執啦。 continue reading
