金錢肚大大碗,線軟而又帶嚼勁,味香濃又吸湯






雖然牛氣沖天嘅名字比較特別,聽你上嚟好似係搞笑居多,但係佢嘅質素以及出品,絕對唔係搞笑,認真得來品質的確一流,而且不算特別昂貴高昂,因此建議區內人士都可以嚟試一試。甚至冇,我這個大埔居民,寫得幾次之後覺得其實佢可能比起大埔墟街市嘅鴻發更加出色。






再黎多次又見真章,最怕嗰種,你入去唔話你知有咩賣曬,坐低點完餐,隔五分鐘先話冇冰鮮腩,但飲品已端來,迫你叫貴啲的新鮮腩。




貴$20 唔係問題,問題係新鮮唔好食,仲要聽埋廚房嗰啲語氣,「唔得呀,做唔到多兩碗呀」。




呢次嘅
新鮮牛腩,不太林,明顯冇上次擺盤咁靚,其實食到啖啖都痴牙,可能因為呢一刻店內好多人,因此佢冇咁好閑情逸致去擺得靚靚囝囝。

據說是元朗數一數二的清湯牛腩,聞名不如見面。黃昏時份竟尚有坑腩,不太餓,也要吃,牛腩不韌,但坑腩獨有的羔香並不濃,肉味也不夠濃,湯頭夠熱,但也不夠甜鮮,是不是元朗最好我不肯定,但和我吃過最好的傳承和道生比,尚有距離。門鱔丸從未試過,看來頗美味,放在口中,卻怎樣也吃不出魚的鲜味,很韌,可以咀嚼很久。最初無以名狀,後來久久才想起,它像放在微波爐叮過久,令蛋白質結構改變了的東西。一試是可以的,肚子有限,再吃就不必。

週末的元氣早午餐,我選擇了元朗的「牛氣沖天」,這裡的清湯腩店性價比非常高。約11點多到店時,已經有不少客人,氣氛熱鬧。我點了凈牛腩 ($78),特別要求給我多點爽腩,還加了一份豬粉腸 ($48)。牛腩的口感還未完全軟腍,帶有些許咬口,但已經相當不錯。爽腩的筋膜特別好,口感滑順。豬粉腸則更加出色,滑嫩香氣四溢,搭配蔥花和芹菜粒,讓肉味更加鮮明,增添了不少層次。整體而言,這頓早午餐不僅滿足了味蕾,還讓我感受到食材的新鮮和用心,絕對值得再次光臨。

今日有事經過元朗,即刻搵一啲收藏已久的食店去試吓,久聞牛氣沖天大名已久,知道佢好出色!於是經過即刻試吓,好彩早啲嚟到,有位即刻坐低,叫咗新鮮牛腩一碗,醒唔起要叫特別部位,算啦,但係估唔到一樣有意外驚喜,我雖然叫牛腩米,但係真係食得出係新鮮牛腩,好有肉味,又唔會太腍,又唔會黐牙!真係冇得頂,但係奇怪嘅係好少牛腩店,會俾咁多蘿蔔,啲蘿蔔又甜,又冇渣!配埋牛腩真係一絕!可惜我嚟到已經好飽,如果唔係我一定食多一碗!元朗人真係有福!
