位於新蒲崗Mikki對面的這家小館,承襲了潮州順德菜的特色風味,今晚和家人吃得滿足。🏅紅燒砂鍋翅魚翅份量足,湯底鮮甜。🏅生啫白鱔白鱔肥美厚肉,肉質細嫩彈牙,配以大量薑蒜,啫啫後白鱔焦香爽口,味道鮮美,又增添了回甘的滋味。🏅滷水鵝件鵝肉軟嫩入味,底層墊了綿滑的布包豆腐,吸收了滷水汁後,別有一番風味。兩樣都很出色🏅蠔仔粥🏅方魚肉碎粥蠔仔鮮甜,方魚鹹香,湯底清鮮無比,搭配上芫荽與唐芹粒,簡單卻令人回味無窮。

一家位於越秀廣場,水準不錯的潮州菜館。裝修簇新企理、價格合理,朋友說是近月新開的。點了鵝片拼盤,選了拼牛腱,滷水鵝片肉嫩香腴,牛腱完全沒有羶味。椒鹽鮮魷惹味爽滑,炸面薄而鬆化。紅燒砂鍋翅相當足料,湯汁濃稠度剛好,排翅爽韌,份量可不少,雖說是一人份量,個人覺得二人分享亦可。頭抽生煎走地雞以鍋上,非常夠鑊氣,甫上枱即香氣撲鼻。由於店子新張不久,因此環境光鮮整潔,唯一稍嫌枱椅擺放稍欠空間感。整體服務不錯,禮貌而殷勤。

呢個白鱔煲好有驚喜,白鱔好爽脆,有時係街巿買到好貴,但鱔都唔脆,而且好厚切,食落好有口感,白鱔煲落左好多蒜同薑,好惹味!!

豬腸湯好香胡椒味,豬肚份量多,亦有好多其他配料,胡椒湯飲完好暖胃
