《王朝潮盛館》新蒲崗近期開了一間新的潮州菜。炸蠔餅 - 炸蠔餅新鮮炸起,上枱時熱辣辣,咬落非常酥脆。蠔肉漲卜卜,加上大量蔥花好香口,另外,粉漿加了鴨蛋,食落蛋香味濃。 。順德炒米粉 - 順德炒米粉炒得夠乾身,米粉幼身夠彈,有魷魚、雞蛋、韭黃等食材,亦加了炒過的蝦米,鹹香味更突出,非常滋味。 。煎釀虎皮尖椒 - 喱個虎皮尖椒好有驚喜,首先煎得香口,二來魚肉彈牙,三係加上佢地自家炒過嘅辣椒油,超香超惹味,完全係畫龍點晴,好想將個辣椒油買返屋企😆 。花膠雞煲翅 - 花膠雞煲翅有好多魚翅,花膠有一至二舊,雞湯味好濃,入口好有膠質感。
