我今日約同好友去新蒲崗遊玩,順道去位於新蒲崗寧遠街3-23號越秀廣場地下G25-G27號舖的潮盛館食潮州菜,環境舒適開揚,坐得舒服。我點左個醉香鴨舌$88,鵝片拼牛腱(雙拼)$228,好友點左個潮式凍烏頭$168,海鮮什菜煲$118,另加白頭1碗$12。鴨舌軟腍充滿酒香,好味又有咬囗;薄切鹵水鵝片和牛腱賣相吸引,口感豐富好食;凍烏頭是潮州名菜,魚肉鮮嫩好味;海鮮什菜煲的材料新鮮豐富,有新鮮魚肉片、魷魚、菇、白菜.. 等,湯底鮮甜。

好耐冇食潮洲野,滷水可以揀鵝片雙拼或三拼,但鵝肝就至少要order 半個。我地揀左鵝片拼牛腱,鵝片食落唔嚡口,本身滷水都已經夠味,唔點汁都夠味。問佢拎咗個辣椒油亦都好香,更加似係XO醬椒鹽九肚魚,炸得好香脆,麵粉唔會好厚,九肚魚亦都好滑嫩😚椒鹽唔會好鹹,送啤酒一流蜜汁燒鱔,好香蜜汁,表面亦燒得好香口,鱔亦冇泥味,好似食緊蜜汁叉燒本身仲想試埋佢嘅蠔仔粥,但都真係已經好飽😂見隔籬枱嗌咗啲啫啫煲都非常吸引,下次一定要再試吓
