Boyfriend ordered the laksa ($35). He proclaimed it tasted like Toast Box laksa. Not too spicy and not that flavorful. He gave me the shrimp and it was not fresh.

西灣河近太安樓有一間班蘭小館嘅新加坡菜。今次我地黎試左佢三款菜式- 海南雞飯套餐、A 黑胡椒老虎蝦、參峇鮮魷炒時菜(芥蘭)。價錢唔算太貴,除左你叫海鮮如黑胡椒蟹($4xx) 或老虎蝦($138)。其它都係五十幾至八十一碟。但味道整體算幾好,今餐都好滿足。最先黎到係海南雞飯套餐($58),呢個CP 值最高,雞係無骨雞,有d 係滑嘅雞脾肉,唔係舊舊都鞋到死雞胸,三隻醬都好正宗,薑蓉係真係好均勻嘅薑蓉,唔係好多油中間加幾粒薑,油飯溫熱但雞油味唔太夠。個小例湯估唔到都有驚喜。係有雞湯味,唔係平時飲開嘅蘿蔔吉水。跟住黎係a黑胡椒老虎蝦,黎到有少少覺得份量少左d , $138 只有兩大隻,不過虎蝦本身都貴,同埋佢好夠味,黑椒味好香,拆完肉來回沾返啲黑椒汁。咁先正!參峇鮮魷炒菜就好一般,辣加上少少咸香。唔算好美味。

今天吃饭非常不爽,一开始去华记士多,发现没开门,店主贴了一张纸条,表示给自己放暑假了,九月一号开始营业,我有时候觉得香港人真的很会享受生活,在大陆,就算店是你自己的,也很少有想关门就关门几天的。底下很多人都是骂店主的留言。。吃饭带笔真是好习惯,哈哈哈然后我又去了对面合时小厨,坐定后,店主礼貌的把我请出去了,说full booking,只能又转战到了班兰小馆,说实话,我内心是绝望的,我压根不想千里迢迢跑来吃新加坡菜。最不爱吃海南鸡饭的我完美错过了这家的主打菜,随便选了个柠檬黑椒猪骨,服务员叽里呱啦说了一串粤语,我表示完全没懂,后来她终于意识到我不会粤语。。大意是说我点的这个没有米饭,没有汤,就是单点,她觉得我一个人单点并不合理,推荐我点反面页的套餐,但是我坚持了我的选择,外加了一碗米饭。上菜时我才明白她的意思,因为这明明就是西餐,我却叫了米饭😂不过我本来也不是讲究的人,胡乱开始吃我的中西合璧,然后惊艳到我了!猪肉非常嫩,味道也恰到好处,环顾一周,看到有人点黑椒螃蟹,看起来特别赞,需要提前预约,价格也随季节变化。我觉得这个可以尝试!一扫今天的疲惫心情

最出名海南雞飯同laksa, 我鐘意食雞,就試招牌海南雞飯。見有7成人都係食佢個海南雞飯,因此準備好,上菜都好快呀,只要切好雞就可以端上比客人,中午趕頭趕命,速度都好重要架。個雞真係好滑架,嫩嫩滑滑,份量都幾多,仲有青瓜片添。個雞皮都好厚,我唔食皮因為健康,就比我夾就曬先起筷。個油飯就濕左d,但甘香美味,明知好肥好多油都食碗食曬。當然個3個醬都唔可以無,我會撈埋一齊食包一碗白蘿蔔湯,中午60蚊有找。

個雞真係好滑架,嫩嫩滑滑,份量都幾多,仲有青瓜片添。個雞皮都好厚,我唔食皮因為健康,就比我夾就曬先起筷。

怪唔得呢個鐘數無乜人啦, 比多幾蚊過對面間大茶餐廳大把選擇, 平玩嘅行前幾步去大乜樂都得。

香港人做飲食就係咁無heart. 好食嘅就越做越衰兼有持無恐, 普普通通嘅就hea住做唔諗計改善質素。

今日難得過黎太安樓食野,男人話原來附近有間野食海南雞都出名,我地就行左大約6分鐘到達。仲好好係剛剛2點鐘可以食到下午茶餐係海南雞,喇沙同肉骨茶…直情吾知點知選擇好,點知見到有下午茶$35就有而且仲有飲品添!~當然二話不說叫啦,再黎個多午餐肉骨茶$62黎試下肉骨茶有驚喜喎,第一口飲落去係好有胡椒味重又香,肉夠淋身同香好入味,食落去好易分開骨,可想而知應該都煮左吾少時間,而且仲有蒜味好特出。仲配上一碗白飯和油炸鬼,油炸鬼吾油都新鮮,和肉骨茶一起吃好味道,非常暖胃,不可不講肉骨茶的肉份量多都幾飽肚下反而海南雞和喇沙總體合格!~海南雞黎到其實份量一點都吾細喎,飯好香又軟熟味道好味,雞都嫩滑但都多肥膏。喇沙只屬普通啦,味道偏淡左少少椰汁味較重,面質地太軟身(自己鐘意有口感),餸都正常有蛋,蝦…分量吾叫多,下午茶剛好

肉骨茶有驚喜喎,第一口飲落去係好有胡椒味重又香,肉夠淋身同香好入味,食落去好易分開骨,可想而知應該都煮左吾少時間,而且仲有蒜味好特出。仲配上一碗白飯和油炸鬼,油炸鬼吾油都新鮮,和肉骨茶一起吃好味道,非常暖胃,不可不講肉骨茶的肉份量多都幾飽肚下

星期五帶同事到西灣河見識見識兼午餐,看了幾間食店最後選出班蘭小館。我們12:15到達還未有太多人,午餐有幾款套餐,包一杯飲品。我點了叻沙少辣配熱檸水$58,同事就單點點了炒貴刁$58。叻沙最先來,喝了一口湯,不太辣有椰香及蝦乾味,好喝但個人覺得湯可以更濃稠一點,可能正常辣會更好吃。面是米線,配菜有魚片條,兩隻蝦,豆卜,兩粒半熟螄蚶,半隻熟蛋及芽菜。豆卜相信是分開煮的,沒有吸收到湯的味道,魚片條跟螄蚶都很鮮,蝦是靚蝦,爽口彈牙,熟蛋正常。雖然湯不夠濃稠,但我也喝了很多,最後只剩三分一的湯,好味!而同事的炒貴刁一上枱已經聞到那陣獲氣,超級香口,比我的叻沙還要出色。這食店雖然小,沒有高級裝修,但食物質數很高,值得一試!

雖然湯不夠濃稠,但我也喝了很多,最後只剩三分一的湯,好味!

而同事的炒貴刁一上枱已經聞到那陣獲氣,超級香口,比我的叻沙還要出色。

這食店雖然小,沒有高級裝修,但食物質數很高,值得一試!
