同日不同時, 這邊廂在澳門吃著蜆魚, 盅頭飯, 那邊廂又點到香港。晚飯後, 跟朋友到灣仔Wine Bar聊聊玩玩, 之後又回佐敦宵夜。這家發仔記, 經常坐往元朗的小巴就會知道。宵夜零晨, 不算旺場, 但總是有事在吃。店內點心近二十款選擇, 不連飲品。要不就HK$ 3一個茶位開茶, 或是幫襯其他飲品。同樣是盅頭飯, 澳門添發那個飯粒夥夥, 有彈性而乾爽; 這個就血肉模糊, 爛飯的感覺。排骨同樣, 一般而已。金錢肚紅得發光, 食用色素用多了, 而且鹹甜味不少, 相信味之作料也不少。質感上, 金錢肚比較韌, 還要嚼上一段才可咬斷。最後再來個山竹牛肉, 加點喼汁。牛肉鬆過無味, 彈性不算多, 反而枝竹會好食一點。總括來說, 這店並不特別, 只是酒後肚餓, 隨手填肚而已。不過自己卻不屬肚餓之流, 只是朋友空肚子, 所以來作陪坐而已。

佐敦真是旺整了, 廟街附近的街道全都放滿檯, 晚上十時, 仍然全街都是人. 路經此店, 發現有點心飲茶, 觀看店的外表也知質素一般了. 穩陣地, 叫了鳳爪排骨飯, 再加一籠沙嗲金錢肚. 鳳爪並不太健全, 賣相差, 扐皮扐骨, 不過味道尚算可以, 排骨肥多肉少, 飯身落水太多, 蒸得太淋. 金錢肚, 外表精美, 但全無沙嗲味, 只是淡淡口, 但非常彈牙, 蘿蔔煮得十分淋, 整體上不太差.免茶錢, 任飲.

先評一評食物, 再投訴不滿, 鹹魚肉餅飯, 鹹魚屬半霉香口感, 肉質半霉半實, 鹹味十足, 當然沒有霉香鹹魚應有濃烈氣味, 這些店當然不可要求太高, 算不錯了, 肉餅質感實實, 不似太多肥肉, 不太軟熟, 這見仁見智, 視乎你要健康還是口味, 但份量少, 肉餅圓形的邊微微拗起, 應該是熱得太耐, 收水過勁引致, 飯面加了一些薑絲, 味道尚算可以, 唯最差的是飯身不夠熱. 講完食, 要講一講服務了, 今天胃口不好, 只想吃少一些, 見有盅頭飯, 看也不看便入了店, 也沒有看檯上的餐板, 便開口問阿姐, 有無鹹魚肉餅飯? 回我話: “有”, 拿了碗筷來, 阿姐直接問我要凍奶茶還是凍咖啡? 從"阿龍"走出來,肚子仍有少許空間,看來再裝多一點東西也不是問題。走多一兩個街口,看到這裡有點心賣,而且有我最愛吃的雞球大包,那就更不可錯過....十一個大洋一個,算是正路的價錢。件頭也看來真的夠大,餡料除了有雞件之外,還有豬肉、鹹蛋黃及臘腸粒等。吃一個進肚,自然就變得肚滿腸肥的了....論味道可就是極普通 ---- 包身不軟熟,給人一種很"旱"很乾的感覺;肉餡不算很鮮,而且味偏鹹;蛋黃又是"實的的",油水欠奉;再加上欠缺了本人最喜吃之鵪春蛋及豬肚來作料,滋味當然有所不及....不過若純用作飽肚之用途的話,它倒是稱職的....

本來想去搵一間食開的鋪,但原來已經搬左,大人見到有點心店,就諗住一試的心態1. 茶係OK的,水夠熱,係沖茶葉的,試過係九龍城食,係沖D無味茶包2. 食左下列食品鳳爪排骨飯 ﹣ 飯粒OK,但只得半隻鳳爪......豉油汁自己落,幾好,但成盅飯吾多汁, 排骨都算好味燒賣 ﹣ OK,但無驚喜雞紥 ﹣ 普通,D火腿有少少益味糯米雞 ﹣ 最最失敗 ﹣ 一滴汁都無,好乾,連雞肉都無汁.......價錢吾算平,地方算乾淨, 但食品質素比普通茶樓吾差好多,味精都吾少,食完好口渴........失望可能太多跟風開的點心店,每次都係用博下好吾好食的心情去試,D老板再吾加油,好快又會失去吸引力

星期六放工, 約了齋妹先行街再去睇演唱會. 由於我遲放工. 都係慣常的, 我先去食野, 佢慢慢過來. 我地約好係永安等. 而我就一出地鐵站, 就近的, 見到一間點心鋪. 就黎個一盅兩件.這些點心小店, 一時又話自己原是什麼總廚, 一時又話自己食物平靚正. 其實好多都非常之參差. 入到去, 好唔好食, 靠運氣. 我當然也是入黎碰碰運氣啦.平常入黎點心鋪, 為了多試幾味. 甚少叫盅頭飯. 肚子餓, 而且看見不少人係度食排骨飯. 咁我就叫下一個飯, 一個點心.飯, 是鳳爪排骨飯. 從來都覺得, 排骨是一個小點, 排骨飯是一個大點. 永遠都係排骨飯抵食一點同排骨多一點. 食排骨飯, 當然, 第一步, 是落豉油, 再把排骨鳳爪夾出來另外放碗仔中. 飯, 的確是生米蒸飯. 不知是否醃得唔夠問題, 飯既排骨香唔夠, 每啖飯都要多添豉油才有好味道. 當咬落排骨中, 味道是有的, 但比較淡. 鳳爪就真係冇乜味.之後, 是燒賣, 慳皮的, 用紅蘿蔔粒扮蝦子. 味道一般啦. 沒有什麼特別, 唯一的不同之處, 就是淡口. 味道好淡.今次, 彩數低左少少,不過贈飲既西洋菜湯, 就非常有家庭feel, 好好飲.

昨晚師傅一條友夜夜都未食飯, 到左凌晨終於支持唔住, 落左樓下搵野食; 由於凌晨後選擇唔多, 所以都幾頭痕! 啱啱行過見到呢間食店, 雖然唔係一盅兩件, 但凌晨時份仲有點心食, 師傅都覺得唔錯, 於是就決定入去試下!一坐底伙計就問師傅飲咩茶, 真係估唔到一間茶餐廳格局嘅食店,竟然做得咁仔細, 值得一讚; 於是師傅就叫佢開壺香片黎飲下先! 循例地洗下杯洗下碗筷, 接下來當然係黎一口熱茶啦, 坦白講以一間唔係茶樓嘅角度黎講, 呢壺茶確實不錯, 香片清香, 味道可口適中, 不淡不濃, 飲得出落左唔少茶葉, 不錯!接下來當然係睇下有咩好食啦, 望下個餐牌, 師傅覺得價錢又唔算特別平, 小點都要十一蚊, 中點就十三蚊而大點就十五, 好彩冇特點, 相比起一般酒樓, 其實算貴, 好多酒樓小點都係八個八式更平, 但呢度就免茶免加一, 所以在乎你點睇喇! 望左一陣, 師傅最後柯打左春蛋燒賣, 叉燒腸粉同鳳爪排骨飯!話咁快就有得食, 原來叫盅飯係有例湯送添, 師傅當然老實不客氣啦, 一兜有成枱都係野, 有冇點兒過份呢? 先講下個鳳爪排骨飯, 鳳爪有一隻, 都算幾入味, 可以啦; 而排骨就幾多, 但係骨多過

話咁快就有得食, 原來叫盅飯係有例湯送添, 師傅當然老實不客氣啦, 一兜有成枱都係野, 有冇點兒過份呢? 先講下個鳳爪排骨飯, 鳳爪有一隻, 都算幾入味, 可以啦; 而排骨就幾多, 但係骨多過肉, 加上肥糕頗多, 如果空口食就真係麻麻, 但連飯一齊食亦免強可以啦; 飯粒就略嫌硬少少, 落少少豉油點綴下, 咁會好味d, 就算唔好味都會變得好味好多, 呢d就係盅仔飯豉油嘅神奇之處; 而例湯係青紅蘿蔔湯, 味道清甜冇味精, 又唔油膩, 唔使錢就叫做好抵飲!

春蛋燒賣一籠三粒, 而鵪春蛋生熟程度啱啱好, 食落蛋黃甘香非常, 而鵪春蛋白就脆口, 而唔係爽口, 意思係一咬落去會有卜一聲嘅感覺, 至於下面的燒賣就好鬆化同肉汁好夠, 師傅試真d發覺係以雞肉為主, 當然中間夾雜少少豬肉, 但用雞肉為主黎做燒賣, 師傅都係第一次食, 但感覺真得唔錯; 最後叉燒腸粉一碟三條, 上枱時已經落左熟油喺面, 但師傅覺得佢都幾重手, 一眼望埋去已經見到, 當時師傅點都要加少少豉油, 腸粉本身並非十分之滑, 但亦談不上韌同硬, 而叉燒就幾細粒, 加上肥糕頗多, 所以成碟叉燒腸粉都算一般啫!

總括黎講食物質素合格, 環境都算乾淨舒服, 服務就普普通通, 不能強求, 埋單就三十七蚊; 師傅覺得如果作為宵夜當然未算抵食, 皆因行過隔離就已經有碗十一蚊嘅牛丸麵, 食飽你先啦, 但係凌晨時份可以嘆下茶, 食下點心, 亦另有一番風味! 師傅好肯定咁講日光日白就真係唔會黎, 皆因大把酒樓任君選擇, 但入夜後又係另一回事: 所以有機會都會再黎, 笑臉都可以一比, 皆因淨係夜茶加合格點心都已經值得!

返學前, 被春旦吸引我入了發仔記.入到去感覺幾麻甩的, 因為有9成顧客都係龍哥虎哥(所以mini skirt的妹妹們, 我建議你地買外賣會好一點).1. 春旦燒賣 - 唔油, 蒸得arm arm好. 春旦好正, 好食過大良八記既春旦燒賣wor.2. 蒸雞飯 - 雞及飯是1:1的ratio. 飯比較乾身,但雞及豉油既味道好好.

Lately there has been a dim sum trend (點心風) for going to dim sum specialty stores. I am a big supporter for these stores as I LOVE dim sum and can have it anytime of the day. Dim sum at lunch time in restaurants just couldn't satisfy my continuous cravings anymore. Lately there has been a dim sum trend (點心風) for going to dim sum specialty stores. I am a big supporter for these stores as I LOVE dim sum and can have it anytime of the day. Dim sum at lunch time in restaurants just couldn't satisfy my continuous cravings anymore. On the other hand, just like dim sum in restaurants, not everyone is uniformly great, and I learnt a lesson at 發仔記 the other day.

Sure, the room was clean and the service was pretty good. They didn't even charge you for the tea which you could choose from 普洱 or 香片. But the good news pretty much stopped right here. When I tasted the 蝦餃(大點, $15), it was exactly like what Smashing Pumpkin said: 小朋友著雙加大碼衫. But I would add that it was second-hand Northface jacket because the skin was thick and mushy and the tiny tiny shrimps were completely overcooked to a chewy piece of dead-meat. In fact it didn’t taste too different from 叮叮點心…(except they looked better outside). 雞扎(中點, $13)是腐皮包着火腿,豬肚,豬皮及雞柳. The chicken was coated with an extra thick layer or corn starch, pig skin was soggy, pig stomarch was extremely chewy, and suddenly the ordinary ham that you could get from supermarket became the best of the bunch.

At time of 金融海嘯及經濟不景,大家想的是用便宜的價錢吃酒家質數的點心, not the other way around. In this case, you may be better off with your $28 at 稻香in the afternoon tea hours which will probably give you a few more discounted dim sum dishes without any tea or service charge.

More expensive than 稻香's tea hours.
