To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前公司附近經常食沙嗲王，原來白咖喱公司係沙嗲王旗下，主打沙嗲王招牌白咖喱菜式,裝修走簡約文青風路 線,餐廳光猛燈光配合木調傢俬,感覺清新。牆身掛有餐廳 出品的周邊布袋,整個風格很有特色,同時亦有幾分台灣小店的感覺。今日同左2個小朋友去食，我自己就叫左白咖喱雞扒飯：白咖喱 帶有香濃椰香,香甜同時質感濃稠,配上香茅雞扒，賣相吸引,食落口感軟腍，拌飯食一流啊!芒果椰汁沙冰：濃濃芒果，配埋椰汁同綿綿沙冰，口感豐富有層次，感覺好夏日，超正

細個嗰陣，我同屋企人成日都去沙嗲王食，近年沙嗲王推出新副線「白咖喱公司」，我淨係今年已經幫襯過幾次，每次都會感嘆又好味又唔貴🙈🔹法式牛扒汁! 自家製漢堡扒滑蛋蓋飯 : 食過咁多款，個人最鍾意白咖喱公司的自家製演堡扒，即叫即燒，非常juicy，鍾意漢堡排的一定不能錯過👍🏻🔹白咖哩!燒雞扒飯 : 燒雞扒雖然唔係佢嘅皇牌，但係都好推薦👍🏻雞排燒得好香，唔會有雪藏味，而且好嫩！(同茶記早餐對比，呢度嘅雞排真係完勝）(佢地嘅蟹粉豆腐鍋&白咖喱豬排飯都好好味㗎！)

12:25去到叫外賣, 等咗20分鐘追佢。 個收銀姐姐答我已經追咗; 再等咗十幾分鐘我見到畀我遲落單嘅訂單(大online orders) 都已經出貨, 再追佢先有伙記follow up, 足足等咗35min+ 仲要 一句sorry都冇如果係單身or老人家唔識上網預訂餐就千祈唔好自己到店叫外賣!

原本期待酥皮湯(只限堂食)， 點知試左個酥皮有油耗味， 失哂真， 最後淨飲湯。$18真係唔好有期待。點解咁樣架， 扣哂分， 唔會再惠顧了。個湯都還可以， 個白咖啡飯係可以的。
