To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前公司附近經常食沙嗲王，原來白咖喱公司係沙嗲王旗下，主打沙嗲王招牌白咖喱菜式,裝修走簡約文青風路線,餐廳光猛燈光配合木調傢俬,感覺清新。牆身掛有餐廳出品的周邊布袋,整個風格很有特色,同時亦有幾分台灣小店的感覺。今日同左2個小朋友去食，我自己就叫左白咖喱雞扒飯：白咖喱帶有香濃椰香,香甜同時質感濃稠,配上香茅雞扒，賣相吸引,食落口感軟腍，拌飯食一流啊!芒果椰汁沙冰：濃濃芒果，配埋椰汁同綿綿沙冰，口感豐富有層次，感覺好夏日，超正
