今年平安夜同樣跟家人渡過, 慶祝西方節日又唔想同人迫, 我地今晚選擇食潮州菜。呢間位於希慎道嘅「百樂」, 為家族傳承第三代所經營, 可說是老子號。近月更重新裝修再度開業, 除保留傳統菜式, 更有加入了新元素嘅菜品, 令食物選擇更多元化。入座即送上潮汕小食鹹酸菜同埋功夫茶,每逢食潮州菜, 必食當然係滷味, 想一次過品嚐多款滷味, 選擇了併盤。【錦繡拼盤 (自選四款滷味)】HK$100/位鵝肉軟嫩, 滷得入味; 金潮陽炸雙棗 (蝦棗+蟹棗): 外層微脆, 入面真材實料, 食到蝦/蟹嘅鮮甜味。滷水崩沙腩: 唯獨有點失望, 偏乾同有咬口。大少煙鱔: 很有煙燻鹹鮮味, 魚質爽滑, 坊間少有, 推介必食!【胡椒咸菜豬肚湯】HK$98/位湯以一盅盅熱辣辣上檯, 胡椒味極重, 微辣驅寒, 內有盡吸了湯汁嘅咸菜同埋豬肚。【四寶片皮雞】HK$680係其中一款手工菜式, 雞皮炸得金黃香脆, 皮下沒多餘脂肪, 而雞肉已被拆骨撕成絲絲肉, 可以放心整啖入口, 肉質嫩滑, 墊底仲有少量海蜇。【生焗胡椒花尾龍躉(例)】HK$600煲仔熱辣辣滋滋聲上檯, 香氣樸鼻, 龍躉肉質鮮嫩, 加上大量胡椒, 鮮香味更加提升。【紅炆鵝掌煲】HK$240同樣熱辣辣上檯, 鵝掌炆得林, 東菇彈牙, 有生菜墊底, 加上玻璃茨汁, 口感黏滑, 唔會過鹹。【招牌魚麵】HK$228很有特色, 魚麵鮮味十足, 加上了蝦仁、芽菜、茜芹, 夾集一齊食, 很有口感層次。【芋泥炸雪糕】HK$120/一份兩粒拳頭般大, 外層鬆脆不油, 包裹了雲呢拿雪糕, 外暖內冷, 面層加上少許甜甜地嘅芋泥, 整體不會太甜。【芋泥】HK$48/碗芋泥熱熱地, 口感綿密, 滲透甜甜地嘅芋頭味, 味道不錯! continue reading

新開的大少店,裝修簡潔光猛,睇落好似大過以前舊店。餐前小食: 菜莆、豆腐乾,用嚟餸粥一流;工夫茶未夠濃。份量算多,海哲爽口,雞絲鹹鹹哋,加啲麻油會更香!簡單的配搭,但唔係間間食肆都整得好食,呢間都唔例外。雞肉大件但唔滑、亦唔入味,應該係調味醬唔夠濃,好彩川椒葉炸得脆,食落唔會成口油。見個個食評都讚,就即管試吓,朋友咬一啖就吐返出嚟,我就夾硬食咗一塊。鱔本身係爽口,但煙燻味太重,我哋接受唔到又食唔出其他味。半份價錢都唔平,留返三塊喺度真係有啲浪費牛肉好稔,粉絲冇黏埋一嚿,個人喜歡香濃有花生粒嘅沙嗲,呢煲未夠出色。用煎的方法較健康,唔多油,蛋香蠔仔多,當晚最好食蝦棗大粒但唔夠彈牙,蟹棗炸得太乾,好嚡!唔係好甜,銀杏綠豆都煲到好稔!聽聞大少店係舊店後人主理,加入新菜式。但我覺得舊店食物有傳統潮州特色和味道,已經食唔返了! continue reading

親戚約喺銅鑼灣食飯,去咗試新開嘅百樂高級版副線門面金碧輝煌,裝修亦非常之高尚,平日夜晚食客唔算多,傾偈都幾舒服芝麻手撕雞叫咗半隻手撕雞,啲雞肉都幾滑伯樂蝦多士蝦多士有少少肥膩,食落好多油,唔太鍾意滷水鵝腸加滷水鵝叫咗個雙拼滷水,鵝腸都幾爽幾入味,滷水鵝片啲肉都幾鮮嫩,不過價錢真係好貴,份量多番啲會抵食啲方魚紹菜魚丸煲紹菜魚丸煲可以唔叫,食唔出個魚蛋同埋平時四州魚蛋有咩分別,真係好普通嘅一個雜菜煲潮陽炸雙棗炸蝦丸都幾好食,食到啖啖蝦肉幾彈牙沙嗲炒牛河個沙嗲醬都幾濃郁,炒牛河有鑊氣反沙芋反沙芋麻麻哋,層砂糖好厚甜到嘔芋頭唔夠粉嫩,可以唔要 continue reading
