估唔到第一篇食評就系負面。之前去貴州旅遊吃過貴州牛肉粉,覺得好好味。在灣仔見到有,所以特登去試下,吃左店內最貴的至尊粉,希望尋回那回憶中的貴州牛肉粉。但系很可惜完全唔系果回事,首先最大死罪牛肉唔夠入味,肉味都唔夠,最重要的牛肉湯,湯水的味唔夠,又稀,再加上九唔搭八的酸菜,啲酸菜唔酸而且好似縮左咁。最慘系老闆又串,反應又唔理。埋單百幾元一碗牛肉粉,無論用料定味道完全唔值,再計埋環境同態度,直頭跌錢中伏。

Been here about 5 times now, really enjoy the 'baby' spice saliva chicken, and braised beef with Guizhou secret recipe spice mix on the side. Get all the numb without the intense spice. Staff are nice and chatty, I know it's a chain but it feels more like a family run place.

因為返工,所以叫了碗碗香外賣。笫一次食碗碗香,覺得米粉很特別,超級滑超級喜歡,米粉似米線,粗度似烏冬,很美味。同事叫咗鹵香豬手粉,豬手口感QQ, 鹵得很入味,湯度濃濃的骨味,加上秘制的香料,好喝整碗喝完。喝完也不口乾,明顯無加味精。我就叫咗紅燒牛肉粉,牛肉四四方方的,口感嫩滑,帶點QQ啫喱,大爱。湯底同豬手粉一樣的。

一行4人12:30去到唔洗等位,服務態度好好,好詳細咁介紹素食有咩選擇。我叫咗bb辣涼拌老素粉,另加滷水蛋,滷水豆干,凍奶茶。老素粉就真係得啲粉同少量椰菜,$56有啲貴,如果唔另加餸根本唔可以稱得上一個主菜。就算加埋滷水蛋同豆干都仲好單調,唔滿足,好在個奶茶幾好味,補返數。

一行4人12:30去到唔洗等位,服務態度好好,好詳細咁介紹素食有咩選擇。

我叫咗bb辣涼拌老素粉,另加滷水蛋,滷水豆干,凍奶茶。老素粉就真係得啲粉同少量椰菜,$56有啲貴,如果唔另加餸根本唔可以稱得上一個主菜。就算加埋滷水蛋同豆干都仲好單調,唔滿足,好在個奶茶幾好味,補返數。
