我真的覺得沒有東西好吃,只不過還沒到難吃,也不會回頭,也不會推薦,所以只好兩星了。

同爸爸兩個人食飯,想食中菜,在brainstrom 去那裡的時候,他提議到他平常常跟朋友去的餐廳-牛記福來居。因為想食完飯之後去太子花墟行下,所以呢間係Perfect choice。環境一般般,應該都係做家庭客或者係一大班朋友聚會為主。外面有個大魚缸,有很多不同海鮮選擇。😉一去到就首先送例湯,幾好唔太鹹!個人比較鍾意食肉,所以就立即看看有什麼肉類嘅選擇。😋 叫咗黑椒牛柳以及切雞例牌。牛柳不錯,黑椒味香切雞,幾新鮮,跟埋其他雞嘅內臟,有雞腎及雞肝,我的摯愛😍😍另外亦點了琵琶豆腐,油浸筍殼魚琵琶豆腐, 賣相麻麻,但係味道都OK油浸筍殼魚,魚不錯,但是豉油略嫌太淡,唔係幾夠味之後爸爸唔夠飽所以就再點了一份砵酒焗蠔,本人覺得不太好食,炸粉太多,味道麻麻,賣相亦唔靚仔,不推介❌❌

螄蛤,潮州螄蛤,一坐下便下了單,是一大碟,但其實下邊浸着的紅色汁液🤔,不知道就是自行本身的血水,定還是什麼醃料。

,有些食客可能會覺得腥,但是我一向吃海鮮都不怕腥味,感覺上味道挺好,自得其樂。



另外,就一直在詢問阿姐,如果
滷水拼盤,只叫兩樣,價錢如何;只要三樣,價錢又如何。阿姐回答說,如果兩樣拼盤就便宜一點,但是三樣的拼盤,價錢都要$100 ,因此,叫
三樣雜錦的拼盤其實價錢差不多,沒理由局限於只要三種。結果,要一個雜錦的拼盤,然後走掉我們不吃的豬頭肉以及紅腸就好了。

滷水拼盤還是份量挺多,各式各樣的滷味,包括有墨魚、鵝腸、豬大腸、芽菜、雞腎。本身看到芽菜的份量都不少,打算流後來才吃,讓芽菜盡吸滷水汁,但是不一會兒便沒有了,查詢之下,才發現原來友人把芽菜吃光了。😒

這兒的
滷水,味道不會太鹹,還帶有少許甜味,入味得來香濃,因為很多時候都打冷店吃滷水,都會鹹得要命,鹹都好像嘴唇都麻木了的樣子。


但是這兒的滷水,即是底下仍然盛著很多滷水汁,上邊的配料亦都醃到有點呈啡色,但是味道仍然鹹中帶甜,甜中又有滷水香,基本上除了之前在澳門吃過的那些牛雜以及在台灣墾丁吃過的大滷水拼盤之外,可算是近年吃過最出色的滷水。
鵝腸的中間有乾淨,攤開來,味道沒有苦,而且吸入滷水香氣。



比較可惜的是,原來
滷水拼盤不包括豆腐,因為通常都會有豆腐在下邊墊底,這麼一來,叫滷水拼盤亦都試不到它的豆腐。還有就是
腩肉,原來拼盤沒有包括腩肉🤦🏾‍♀️,下次問一問可不可以將某些東西轉為腩肉吧。

再三詢問阿姐,韭菜豬紅可不可以將韭菜轉為芽菜,芽菜豬紅原來是另一個選擇,價錢貴得多,結果我們便勉強點了
韭菜豬紅,然後走了韭菜便算了。讓我感到驚喜的是,
豬紅味道竟然與坊間的很不同,可能由於新鮮弄製,而且與外邊餐廳或是車仔麵的豬紅相比,這兒的
豬紅柔軟,但是亦都不豬咬開那時的一刻卜卜脆感覺,沒有很重的血腥味,但是又吃到先向的豬血味,亦都吸收了下邊少許滷水的香氣




附近很多路過的街坊都會與老闆娘以及幾名店員有傾有講,相信都是挺句人情味的小店。內裏的叔叔,閑來無事亦都會把頭伸出來,和食客搭訕搭訕,實在有趣。

其實食一餐飯真係好簡單事情,幾乎日日都會去,至於好唔好食就見人見智,好似前幾咁日又去咗太子食飯,好友話成日食西餐都會厭不如轉轉口味食下中餐,食D正宗特色小菜,就去咗D較為老志號大飯店幫襯又睇吓食落有冇驚喜就由好友點咗幾味餸菜一邊食一邊飲,飲梗係啤酒咁先有氣氛轉頭小菜逐一出來,先有沙拉腩排,腩排已沾滿香甜醬汁,每件肉入口都好入味而且仲啖啖肉,加上沙拉食落幾開胃到另一款係黃金鮮魷,話明黃金當然用咗鹹蛋黃一齊炒,外面食到香濃蛋黃味而鮮魷肉質鮮嫩,真係一個不錯配搭食得惹味食到最後一味餸係豉油皇炒麵,咪睇好似普通其實都要去有咁上下廚藝先至可以炒得咁乾身,而麵條一條條散開吸收晒豉油嘅味道,配埋芽菜已經係完美組合又咁快食完一餐中式小菜。

呢間鋪頭幾十年歷史架喇最緊要喺地鐵站附近,交通夠方便!最方便一大班人聚腳!薑蔥炆斑尾,夠鑊氣!魚肉新鮮夠彈牙,又夠惹味椒鹽白飯魚,炸粉夠薄又唔多油,條條分別好似食薯條咁瀨尿蝦肉厚,而且有膏!香口嘢送酒一流豉椒炒蜆,少少辣送飯一流,蜆肉厚身冇沙霸王雞雖然應該只係用冰鮮雞整,但食落雞肉都算滑,而且冇雪味,感覺不俗好多地方都可以食海鮮,但要新鮮同好味,又要地點方便嘅話,呢間真係一個唔錯嘅選擇!當然一分錢一分貨,所以都係間唔中大班朋友聚會嘅選擇
