等咗半個鐘,唔使十分鐘倒哂入口,我嗌埋杯餐飲熱檸水,梗係又冇黎啦!我真係好趕,就嗌埋單,仲同佢地講,杯嘢飲我唔要喇,嗌極都唔黎。個女侍應都算好,問我要唔要拎走杯嘢,我話唔使喇,已經等夠喇!擺低錢就走,最後講多句,不如你地淨係做外賣算啦!

我知好多食肆,lunch time 都唔送外賣,因為真係會冧檔,但佢地好明顯係當堂食客係死嘅,我睇住佢地不停出餐都係出外賣,好耐先出一客堂食!已經唔夠人,仲想賺埋外賣,咁一係轉做外賣店算啦!做咩要人客坐係度受罪?真係食到一肚氣!經此一次,以後唔會再幫襯!連外賣都唔會再嗌!反正啲嘢都唔好食,個嘴到而家仲好口乾好咸好唔舒服⋯

柚子雪葩,碎冰放底,原隻冰凍柚子外殼內藏自家製柚子雪葩,好好味,超refreshing。原本有桃同柚子選擇,但桃已被旁邊枱醒目一早留咗,見到旁邊桃好似拳頭咁大而柚子只有網球咁大,原本有少少唔開心,但柚子酸酸甜甜又的確好好味,食到肚滿腸肥後吃一口的確來一個小清新,劃上一個完美句號。雖然相對其他食品$58買個網球是有點小貴,但還是下次會再encore

刺身雜錦併盤上場一刻,冷靜的感覺已經蕩然無存。以乾冰造成的仙景效果非常有霸氣,來自仙景的刺身精美無比,甜蝦,三文魚,帶子,八爪魚,劍魚花,劍魚腩等等在輕煙伴濃情下更顯高格調。最喜歡的當然是劍魚腩,肥美的腩部是魚油的震盪,滑得鮮豔甜美。三文魚又係絕對的豐厚,不喜愛都忍唔住食左幾舊。甜蝦不是特別大隻,但新鮮和那種蝦刺身才有的滑滑感覺己勝千言萬語,有點點蝦膏的甘甜。帶子大大粒和八爪魚都係應有水準,吃完呢個雜錦都滿足了很多。

廣島蠔軍鑑,看樣子之澎湃完全吸引到全部人既目光,就如那些36D的女孩就算唔係著低胸你也能感受到其胸前的壓迫感,放入口的一刻,嘩,比見到綾遙賴著泳裝爆出佢既上圍一樣,滿足到不行,那個廣島蠔就好像一架軍艦將其存儲了良久的海水味在你的口爆.發,鮮味源源不絕,感覺就如原子彈拋到廣島的一刻個種震撼,唔好意思,我又用日本明星,又講黃色笑話,又歷史都係想講個種無比的震撼,那種我在外國如日本或韓國才吃到新鮮蠔的那種快感。

三文魚柳伴山葵泡沫,名字,賣相均非常一流。其實,我從來不太喜歡吃三文魚,特別係熱食,雖然應該健康一點,但總覺得沒有其他魚質的口感好吃。不過這個沒有煙薰味道的三文魚,經慢煮後其質地在生與半熟中間,其感覺伴上那些清幽的淡淡山葵泡沫,是繼極上刺身盛外另一造型一流之選。

最後吃的係牛魔王必點的西冷牛扒配砵酒泡沫,樣子又係大大份,沒有想過這類日式料理點會有咁特別咁出色既西餐。西冷質素本身出色,其剛剛五成熟的溫度,肉質是粉紅色的色澤,肉味濃而甘香,配一口紅酒,整件事就係我係無線日聽夜聽聽到好乜討厭既perfect match。最重要一提,舊扒好好大舊,呢刻我已經飽到完全戰死沙場。

同枱的女士資質絕對唔少,自古雖然戰場上很少女性上場打仗,我記得應該係得花木蘭。不過今次呢度有幾個女中豪傑繼續戰鬥吃甜品,聽說這類的甜品好出色,於是我試左少少,幾種甜品我對opera最有興趣,其甜度恰到好處,賣相也精緻,可惜我真係飽到只係可以食到一啖,抱歉不能再多談一點……但,枱上的女生全部兩三下手勢便把甜品完全KO,的確,女生力量,真的不容忽視。

對,我忘記了唐朝已經有個女人叫武則天,第一個一統天下的女人而家係無線日日播,提醒你女人絕對不會遜色於男人,特別係在你有需要既時候。

之後壽司和軍艦也來了
油甘魚壽司、火炙左口魚邊黑松露壽司、蟹膏軍艦
Aminn最喜歡是廣島蠔軍艦 雖然是最簡單的
不過蠔肉鮮美 不是大蠔也很creamy

之後繼續三文魚lover
柚子醬三文魚他他配合三文魚子伴著多士同吃
賣相已經滿分!!! 而且開胃又味美

之後熱食時間 首先來個燒魷魚筒
看起來十分普通 平時Aminn也不大喜愛
不過稚內的魷魚筒入口鮮甜而且軟身入味
似乎火喉控制得好好 除非用料非常好 哈哈哈

另一個有驚喜的是西冷牛排配砵酒泡沫
5成熟西冷肉汁豐富
而底層的泡沫原來不止忌廉泡沫
除了白汁還有雜菇和牛油薯茸
大膽講句 比牛扒更突出呢!

飯局最後當然要點甜品
Opera的朱古力層古力味濃
竟然居酒屋都有Opera! 而且出乎意料美味!!!
另外還點了柚子雪葩
淡淡的柚子味 相當清新
而且一點酸酸的感覺可以幫助消化

去稚內只要從港鐵太子站旺角警署出口往後面酒吧街就到
約食飯非常方便

Tiramisu 酒香與咖啡香平均,不過魚膠份量可再輕手一點就更香滑了。

稚內的日式刺身固然鮮美,不過談到大廚的造藝,除了西冷外,總括熟食都是驚喜之作,更沒想到日式菜館的甜點也會如此出色,果然是隱世高人,就連小妹這不怎愛Fusion 菜的怪卡也認為值得一試!

燒魷魚筒看起來十分普通,但入口鮮甜,且切開一片片的魷魚肉咬下來不會太韌,似乎火喉控制得宜,所以魷魚沒有燒過頭而變乾變韌,不過燒烤的感覺倒是比較薄弱。

今晚要走場,等不及甜品便告別,事後聽友人說好像甜品也可以,心想有機會再來要吃罷甜品才離去。其實就算再人多車多的地方,只要是有好東西,再多人再難找還是會不自覺走一趟,說來說去其實香港也只是個彈肉丸之地,只要有心的話也會想去一下。

Happy Wednesday!!!上星期三放工後,約了一班朋友去食飯,其中一個朋友話想食日本野,對我而言,星期三只要不吃小炒我就好安全!日本菜大部分的菜式都是刺身壽司類居多,而其中一位朋友是不吃魚生,所以就找來了一間Fusion 日式菜館,至少選擇比較多....來到了太子警署後面的稚內日式創作料理,一入來深啡色的實木建築,壽司吧上有大量的清酒, 價錢也算合理,這裡也有 Wine Pairing, 不過,我不喝酒,所以沒有聽進耳朵裡~餐廳食具也是一絲不苟,很有處女座的感覺,不論自家用的餐具,或是上菜用的碟子,都是畫上同一個圖案的...極上刺身盛 $218先來一個刺身盛,入面有甜蝦,帶子,三文魚腩,劍魚,油甘魚腩,八爪魚等刺身,刺身厚切,每件都是依照魚肉的紋理去下刀,入口油潤而不覺得有渣,新鮮甜美蟹膏軍艦 $28 /火灸左口魚邊黑松露壽司 $34 /油甘魚壽司 $35 (一客兩件)再來的是壽司喔!蟹膏軍艦深啡帶墨綠色的蟹膏味濃, 加上青瓜絲可中和膩的口感,入口有海水味,屬於比較濃味的選擇火灸左口魚邊黑松露壽司以火輕輕燒過的左口魚,把魚油都逼出來了, 加上黑松露醬,過份油潤的感覺忽然生起油

日本菜大部分的菜式都是刺身壽司類居多,
而其中一位朋友是不吃魚生,所以就找來了一間Fusion 日式菜館,
至少選擇比較多....

來到了太子警署後面的稚內日式創作料理,
一入來深啡色的實木建築,壽司吧上有大量的清酒, 價錢也算合理,
這裡也有 Wine Pairing, 不過,我不喝酒,所以沒有聽進耳朵裡~

把一眾切丁的赤蝦,立魚,魷魚粒放在脆脆的米通上,米通厚薄適宜,
米味香濃,調味酸酸甜甜,可以用手拿著吃,一啖酒一啖米通,感覺很豪氣了吧!

三文魚刺身他他上面綠色的是西柚汁,味道酸酸甜甜,
用刀抹一些切得細碎的三文魚他他在烘得脆身的切片法包上,
Omg!!! 酸酸甜甜又脆口,要邊飲酒邊吃的,
伴吃圓滾滾三文魚子在口中一併爆破,鮮味立時充滿口腔.....太好吃了~!

在日式店子有法國雞也算太新奇了吧!還是原隻上的喔!這就是吃Fusion菜有趣的地方!
輕輕切開雞腔,看見有大堆的原粒生蒜在裡面,雞烤到面層是脆脆的,所以沒半點難度,
嚐了一口, 有丁點的蒜味吧,雞肉肉質嫩滑,外脆內軟,非常好吃!

酥餅為餅底,食落口感帶脆,面層舖滿了大量的橙皮及果皮,香香甜甜,

當晚大家也吃得很滿足,飽嚐了日式的精緻,法式的優雅元素,
估不到日式Fusion 也可以有板有眼,
因為餐廳有Wine Pairing 的服務,
喜歡喝兩杯的朋友都有試試把食物配酒,我也沒數開了多少瓶了.....
最後,人均消費約400左右,我覺得以食物質素也算合理

I was not a big fan of Japanese Sake, but the Sparkling Sake, you shouldnt miss! It's sweet, refreshing and perfect to start up your dinner time.The sashimi platter keeps the good quality, 5-6 items which are all fresh and prepared in the right way. Sushi is good, with quite impressive way to make the sushi rice, plus a line of fresh seafood toppings. Sushi is good, with quite impressive way to make the sushi rice, plus a line of fresh seafood toppings. I'm not in the oyster one, but honestly, it's delicious and wonderful (but just I prefer oyster to be itself); another recommend one is the slightly fired fish sushi, which has a little grilled cover to have more attractive aroma, and perfect thing is, all the fish oil is coming out coz of the heat, and the taste and texture becomes richer and mouth-melting. It's just beautiful.

The little twisted comfort snacks look like a French/Italian one, I like their idea to prepare the food in western concept, by Japanese materials, and Asian sauce.

The main courses are good, but steak would be a little weak comparing to the seafood or fish ones. I like heavy sauced and grilled octopus, which was super rich in taste.

Desserts are lovely! and with a high quality. Opera and Hazelnut Tart are my favorite, maybe coz I'm more into chocolate desserts. It's not too sweet, and in a natural and authentic chocolate taste, with a right and decent moisture in texture. Perfect!

這個菜式的配菜是雜菌, 我自己鍾意食雜菌, 雜菌吸收晒醬汁的精華. 而牛扒質感也算可以, 幾稔身, 牛扒被鎖住肉汁.
