宜家餐廳位於九龍城,附近沒有鄰近的地鐵站,但卻有一個大型的巴士站和小巴站,可以前往,地理上還算方便快捷,這間餐廳是新開的,這天和同事一同前往光顧,我們光顧的當然正正就是午餐,味道方面也做得不錯,但我最欣賞的就是他們對原材料的執著。食物方面,我點的就是酸菜魚, 酸菜魚看起來十分簡單,沒什麼細節和執著,但內裏使用的花椒,八角和辣椒絕對是頂級,酸菜魚最擔心的就是酸味比辣味蓋過了,也擔心酸味更為出眾,但這間餐廳做到剛好的平衡,酸辣剛剛好,完美的比例,配搭餐廳的木桶飯,這樣更是一頓美味的午餐。

真的非常正宗!是目前我在九龙城吃到最正宗的川菜了!还很贴心的有BB辣,而且劲辣也很够辣!
我两次吃的都是午市套餐,水煮鱼和水煮肉片都是$68的价格,份量很足,他们家的米饭也很好吃,很实惠~下次再来试试麻辣香锅!看起来就很好吃!

今日去完九龍城按摩,然後諗住搵嘢食,點知見到呢間食酸菜魚,唔使成日食泰國菜都幾有新意❤️酸菜魚是四川人最鍾意食嘅菜式,酸菜魚片湯裡頭用上泡椒的,微微酸辣,重點係酸菜湯底用上自家製作嘅泡椒,原來係老闆親自有四川,魚骨配上酸菜煮出來的湯底,酸酸辣辣的,湯底好濃厚,加上口感爽甜的即劏生魚片,魚片滑溜及惹味,辣度好適合我,而且湯底配上寬粉、青筍片、海帶同埋粉絲等,寬粉滲入了酸辣和麻的味道🥰🥰份量都幾多,半條魚已經食到好飽了😃最後再嗌左一款小食,見到牆上大大隻寫住自家製麻辣豬手,梗係嗌番碟啦,原來老闆好細心將豬手切粒方便客人食,真係好抵讚,重點係調味相當出色,好有串燒嘅風味🤫
