原本同家人去翔龍灣海港晚飯,但見到樓下有間新開私房菜,中意試新野既我當然要試!好坦白講,呢間餐廳水準好不穩定,有某部分既菜式可以唔需要擺上餐牌。雞腳其實唔難整得好食只要重口味d調味,但呢隻胡椒雞腳實在嚇死人,個個都覺得好難食,似煲完湯既湯渣之餘仲有騷味!鮮果咕嚕肉味道算ok,中意佢用新鮮水果,但咁既價錢肉無乜幾粒仲有個自家製黑豆腐,大陸食過黑豆豆腐,人地真係用黑豆整灰灰地又香黑豆味又勁滑,呢個完全無一成似雞蛋豆腐,又唔滑呢度所有蝦膠類既餸菜唔好食,鬆散唔彈牙無鮮味,建議師傅研究下點打蝦滑。大部分餸菜都係大排檔水準or below average,仲嗌左客家豆腐(好麻麻,豆腐又唔好食上面舊肉又無乜調味)、梅菜扣肉(超唔好食,似即食餸包個味)不過惟一一樣另人驚艷既係個臘味蜆仔油渣煲仔飯,香港之前好興食煲仔飯但近幾年無晒,而家終於過到煲仔飯癮!豉油係用甜豉油個底同煲側又有勁多飯焦油渣又香仲有蜆仔又咸香難怪係必食!所以不如轉做煲仔飯專賣店

今晚同3個朋友一齊來,已來了2次,今次叫了6個送,其中兩個我超鐘意吃,其中一個就系荔枝蝦球,荔枝蝦球做得好精緻特別。問了一問師傅是用甚麼做,師傅說是選用優質鮮嫩鮮蝦,精心研發小麥粉特殊脆粒包裹。吃進口裡感覺,酥脆口感,滿滿蝦肉,粒粒緊實,伴隨蝦的鮮味。別一個就系奶油蝦多士,蝦多士炸得金黃酥脆,而且大蝦十分彈牙,亦很有鮮味,更可按個人喜愛點上沙律醬。不加沙律醬都已非常好吃,吃了又還想吃。

這間私房菜第一次來,我覺得食物都精致,很特別,有芝麻豆腐味道很好,一定要試,魷魚都是有肚,口感結實,大家不妨試下,還有鮑魚都好好味,蝦多士也很有特色,也可以試下,這裡人多記得一預訂
