原本同家人去翔龍灣海港晚飯,但見到樓下有間新開私房菜,中意試新野既我當然要試!好坦白講,呢間餐廳水準好不穩定,有某部分既菜式可以唔需要擺上餐牌。雞腳其實唔難整得好食只要重口味d調味,但呢隻胡椒雞腳實在嚇死人,個個都覺得好難食,似煲完湯既湯渣之餘仲有騷味!鮮果咕嚕肉味道算ok,中意佢用新鮮水果,但咁既價錢肉無乜幾粒仲有個自家製黑豆腐,大陸食過黑豆豆腐,人地真係用黑豆整灰灰地又香黑豆味又勁滑,呢個完全無一成似雞蛋豆腐,又唔滑呢度所有蝦膠類既餸菜唔好食,鬆散唔彈牙無鮮味,建議師傅研究下點打蝦滑。大部分餸菜都係大排檔水準or below average,仲嗌左客家豆腐(好麻麻,豆腐又唔好食上面舊肉又無乜調味)、梅菜扣肉(超唔好食,似即食餸包個味)不過惟一一樣另人驚艷既係個臘味蜆仔油渣煲仔飯,香港之前好興食煲仔飯但近幾年無晒,而家終於過到煲仔飯癮!豉油係用甜豉油個底同煲側又有勁多飯焦油渣又香仲有蜆仔又咸香難怪係必食!所以不如轉做煲仔飯專賣店
