通常都係小萍帶我哋幾個團員去食好西,今次都唔例外。先嚟個麻辣墨魚頭,麻辣夠辣但唔麻,不過味道都好好,墨魚頭勁有口感。酥炸沙薑雞,咁特別?通常只會雞醮沙薑,佢依家融為一體炸到香脆,味道又啱啱好,同啤酒絕配。西蘭花炒墨魚滑,鮮味又彈牙~like。蜜椒大腸,味道甜甜蜜蜜,大腸外皮炸至脆卜卜,黑椒香氣又惹味,推薦。炒米粉用幼身嘅新竹米粉嚟炒,炒到好乾身,一啲都唔油膩,用料十足,有蝦干、魚干同魷魚,鹹香又鮮味,無鑊氣味,有時我都唔鍾意重鑊氣,會搶咗菜式本身嘅味道,而且無乜益。P.S. 要有耐性等上菜,因為食店只兩位老闆兼廚師、同埋老闆娘三人,應付不下,我哋邊飲住酒邊傾偈等上菜。 continue reading

農曆五月的奄仔蟹, 不論大細, 都是最肥美多羔且鮮味的, 所以就在荃灣楊屋道街市黃勝記買了幾隻奄仔蟹, 一斤多油蝦及象拔蚌仔, 拿去香車街街老四處烹煮, 與老友享用。 由於處理需時, 所以大家先嚟個冷頭盤, 麻辣墨魚頭, 再嚟老四小炒皇, 都非常可口美味。到主題嘞, 老四處理鹽焗奄仔蟹, 是荃灣區最好食的, 而且也是最鮮味入味的。 跟住蒸象拔蚌仔粉絲底、 灼蝦, 也非常鮮味。最後再嚟個豉油皇炒面, 簡簡單單, 但就美味無窮, 各人捧腹而回。 continue reading

荃灣街市有好多隱世大排檔,經過都好想食,而今次我就揀左呢間「老四火鍋小廚」食。價錢親民,但係味道就十足十好似去酒樓食飯咁,同埋店鋪都有部大電視同埋風扇,坐底都唔會話好熱。我自己特別鍾意酸菜魚嘅味道,所以就叫左碗「酸菜魚紅薯粉」食(晚市價錢$148),如果中午去食lunch,就會有多啲薯粉,就我睇menu所知,價錢都會平啲。喺上菜嘅時候,第一時間比佢嘅賣相吸引,配料有豆卜、芹菜、紅辣椒、蔥,加埋佢即場特製嘅湯底,五顏六色。湯汁飲落係帶有少少辣味,但唔會辣到頂唔順,亦都充滿酸甜嘅味道,加埋啖啖開胃嘅酸菜,十分開胃。我自己食米線嘅時候好鍾意加酸菜,所以喺呢到都滿足到我嘅願望,食到家鄉酸菜嘅味道!佢嘅酸菜魚口感亦都軟熟同埋去骨切成小塊,所以好易入口。特別鍾意魚嘅味道同湯底混合,好惹味。而店鋪嘅紅薯粉亦都煮得好爽口彈牙,可以慢慢用心咀嚼。另外,我都叫左碟「香菜肉碎四季豆」($88),肉碎醬汁同埋四季豆撈埋,色澤油亮鮮豔,睇落好美味可口。食落都估唔到係咁好食,四季豆清甜入味夠香氣,十分適合叫黎送飯。有啲可惜因為佢份量都十足,個肚食完已經好飽,見到個menu仲有好多好食嘅小食嘅主菜,仲有火鍋,希望下次有機會可以過黎再食! continue reading
