推介豬骨煲嘅店舖唔多,一於黎試下。豬骨花甲煲侍應提醒豬骨煲煲滾後,先喝兩口湯,湯果然特別清甜,夠曬味,我都先飲2碗,正。價錢唔特別貴,但材料足,有五至六舊大豬骨,豬肉唔算多,但骨嘅邊緣痴左唔少滑嘟嘟肉同膠原,唔錯。另外仲有飲管提供,可吸吮骨筒內嘅骨髓精華。其他材料仲有豬肚,豬粉腸,大大件冬瓜,今日花甲缺貨,改為比較大隻嘅蜆,一樣肥美肉大。食完豬骨煲,可以加湯打邊爐,order左生菜,烏冬。特別推介墨魚頭,超爽口彈牙。另外可以食小菜,椒鹽魷魚鬚,白灼牛栢葉,味道還可以,如果份量再多啲就更好。 continue reading

📍合利芳坊小菜館 ~ 荃灣曹公街17號地下同事介紹咗一間廚師發板嘅海鮮餐,簡直食過一次返尋味,全部都係新鮮喺街市買餸返嚟加工烹調。最緊要就係鑊氣夠,同埋師傅嘅調味就好出色嘅。1) 白灼蝦,🦐夠新鮮彈牙,所以白灼就可以帶出蝦嘅鮮味。2) 粉絲蒸聖子,火候啱啱好唔會太熟,所以個聖子好爽口。3)菠蘿咕嚕肉,味道比較簡單少少,可以試過第二樣。4) 果皮蒸鮑魚,個果皮沈晒落去個包遇到所以好甘甜。5)蒜容粉絲蒸扇貝,材料夠新鮮,所以超香甜。6) 椒鹽瀨尿蝦,彈牙爽口有咁大隻。🤣🤣🤣7) 煎魚,椒鹽煎到好香。8) 豉椒炒花蛤,吵得好夠鑊氣。9)鹽焗奄仔蟹,鮮甜,同埋啲蟹膏簡直係撈飯一流🤣🤣🤣環境係街市門口,座位比較少,但係坐出邊有太熱,食物好高汁,推介去嘅😁😁價錢唔係太貴CP值好高。一定會約埋啲friend一齊去,🤣🤣 continue reading

早幾年同舊同學黎食過,即刻豎起因為我從來都未食過咁惹味既 避!風!塘!避風塘炒乜都好啦,總之就正!明知肥都要食!!!今日同朋友黎慶功,原來朋友黎親都打邊爐,而我黎親都係小菜(避風塘避等塘避風塘!)最後,今次變左雞煲加避風塘!首先叫左個醉雞煲,等佢慢慢滾。呢度係半份雞,我地十個人叫一隻所以有兩碟。都叫大份丫!水滾就放兩碟雞落去,一打開蓋就好濃既當歸味。無幾耐響鈴上檯,老闆係咁叫我地就咁點泰式辣醬食。即叫即整超辣咀,佢唔係脆,係鬆化!包你地未食過呢個texture既響鈴。炸魚皮,食到停唔到口,完全冇油溢味,又唔油林林,就咁食微咸都好好食!落煲過一過熱河食都好正!!!肥牛,厚到合適,唔韌。我地另外有叫羊片(冇影到相),都幾好食!另仲仲嗌左水餃、魚皮餃、粉絲同粟米!重口戲!避風塘雞軟骨~佢個避風塘仍然保持到水準!!! continue reading
