元朗由細住到大,一直知道有呢間燒臘店但從來無食過。今日一試,絕對係元朗最好食既叉燒!亦係我食過數一數二好食。佢唔算肥,但好淋又好香!至於燒肉呢,就可一不可再….$40單拼飯,$43雙拼,元朗黎講唔算平。但以咁正既叉燒黎計,絕對係超值!

$40單拼飯,$43雙拼,元朗黎講唔算平。但以咁正既叉燒黎計,絕對係超值!

今日諗緊食乜既時候見到呢度有燒腩鴨比飯雖然要成90蚊, 但都嗌黎諗住試下坦白說90蚊就係有d貴不過心思思左一陣都係想試所以嗌左黎食燒腩既味道係正既佢肥瘦得宜, 咬落去係juicy既, 唔會太乾太柴但係鴨比就唔多掂, 個皮正, 但係肉質麻麻比較硬同難咬如果淨燒腩就正d,鴨比就可唔洗試都得!!!

燒腩既味道係正既
佢肥瘦得宜, 咬落去係juicy既, 唔會太乾太柴
但係鴨比就唔多掂, 個皮正, 但係肉質麻麻
比較硬同難咬

如果淨燒腩就正d,鴨比就可唔洗試都得!!!

再次一個人外出找找吃的,又可以走更遠。於是來了合益廣場附近,好到底麵家前幾個舖位,路經有這種燒臘店,心想 如與同事一同午膳,相信鮮有行到那麽遠,即使行到這麽遠,也不會進燒味店吃吧。結果,便毅然走進此店。叉燒竟然不比燒鴨乾,味道不太咸,以瘦為主,有兩成肥肉,最特別的是"甚具燒烤香氣"。如果多一丁點蜜糖,麥芽糖,令肉汁更甜,可能更易佐飯。燒鴨,沒甚麼肉汁,幸好肉質鮮,不算是乾涸如柴絲。這店的醬汁絕非"再興"那款甜味豉油,而是像美極的咸味豉油,又太咸又難送飯,千萬別試都不試就狂落豉油,否則恨錯難返。於是我要了碟薑蓉,但其實還是較咸的,較健康的食法可能是落單時要多汁,相信可獲多點叉燒汁。飯挺大碟,一般女子相信必定吃不完。不過,此店絕對是"男人的浪漫",本人逗留此店約二十分鐘,除了一名與老公一同進餐的婦人外,完全不見有女性進店。 下次不會再吃鴨,但礙於乳豬看似很貴重,可能吃吃普通的叉雞較穩妥。此燒味店內竟然有條凌空路軌讓乳豬穿梭,店員阿姐會在廚房將新鮮烤好的乳豬推出店面,然後師傅用銳利無比的刀子切開,其時還會聽到刀抵著乳豬皮的脆皮聲音。$32雙拼不算太貴,但在元朗卻亦未算便宜,未必會再吃。

叉燒竟然不比燒鴨乾

八月中旬‧晴其實,幫襯過這裡幾次,本來買的是一支支的燒豬寸骨,而後來幾次就是買叉燒。這裡的叉燒偏點硬,所以要買半肥的。勝在有肉味又不太甜,也不錯。唯一不好的就是沒有幾多焦位,不夠香口。三十多元一條,也不算貴。
