今天係元朗，朋友约食晚餐……見到呢間新開既華苑粉麵小菜,試下佢先咖哩雞配印度薄餅，唔會太辣，味道啱啱好翠玉瓜芥末牛柳粒，翠玉瓜唔會炒得太熟，牛柳好嫩小炒王……ok無特別香檳脆蝦球……以為有香檳味，食落去酸酸甜甜，仲配左朱古力脆片……一問之下，原來係呢度大厨新創菜色……總括來說，非常錯食完之後，同老闆吹水，原來大厨之前係半島做過，唔怪得有反咁上下！！！ continue reading
