華香雞呢個名聽得多,但就未食過,呢日一家人就去拜訪下佢,試吓佢啲華香雞係咪真係咁好食。華香雞係工廠大廈一樓,地點唔難搵,想到去都有好多台食客食緊,見到佢哋多數都會叫華香雞。一場黎到當然要試吓,一碟例牌份量唔算好多,雞偏瘦,小肥膏,但係味道係好好味,因為佢除咗有雞味,仲有好香好強勁嘅煙熏味,而且雞肉都好呀,我覺得以雞來講,佢真係算係香港數一數二好味嘅。另外我哋都叫咗其他餸,好似有避風塘大蝦,呢碟嘅份量好大,都有10隻八隻,而且隻隻蝦都係大嘅,食完都覺得好飽,而且佢啲避風塘炒得好入味,蝦又有炸過,所以好惹味。仲有整咗個豪仔蒸蛋,其實味道真係唔錯,但可惜有幾隻蠔仔有少少沙,咁就扣左少少分,但總結呢個餐都係幾抵食又唔錯嘅一餐。

每週搵食相對少食中菜 跟餐有份扇貝食下
扇貝最常見整法就係蒜蓉蒸粉絲 呢度都唔例外 我個人對扇貝要求唔高 只要唔好一陣雪味或者好硬身就得 再高質自己都未必食得出 呢方面先過一關
睇size都還可以 食扇貝前我係先食粉絲 粉絲好食喎 咁跟汁跟蔥蒜又真係實唔會差既 無論食粉絲同扇貝都有少少辣味 因為配料有少少辣醬 辣度低 唔食辣既人都無問題 但呢少少辣味吊味我就覺得有分加 香口左
單叫幾錢我都唔知 因為我係跟餐叫 有興趣朋友可以試下 海鮮黎講粉絲扇貝都幾穩陣

相對套餐入面既其他餸菜 呢份時菜普通左啲
我對白菜仔無咩喜好 汁係有既 就唔係好feel到濃雞汁 不過都好 食菜有時清清地都夠 有份菜食下感覺都健康啲
如果想叫菜食其實都仲有其他選擇 又或者直接問店員 我隱約聽到有店員見食客一位介紹左份平既可能細份啲咁 始終唔少人出街食野都想多少食份菜

你可能會發現餐牌搵唔到佢 其實hidden menu有套餐叫 不過就要訂位果陣預先講定 真係唔講你唔知
呢個跟餐既粥好食 佢既主材料來源係另一道菜起完肉淨返既蝦頭蝦殼 幾有特色既套餐玩法

職員送來時會幫忙把米粉剷起以防過燶,如果想吃米粉焦,可要他們剷得慢一點,微焦的米粉真的很香口好吃,個人覺得配上他們的自家製辣椒油更惹味。

蠔仔煎蛋餅煲 $98
好像比在大排檔吃到的還要大份,而且看起來沒那麼多油,吃下去香口但不致於會感覺很熱氣,蠔仔份量不少,而且粒粒都飽滿鮮味,蛋餅也重蛋香,加上蔥花更覺得香,不點魚露味道已經不錯,點了味道更濃味更突出。

牛腩汁白菜仔(小煲) $58
小煲都這樣大,真有點驚訝,白菜仔和皮竹吸收了腩汁味道很好,又不會覺得鹹。





這裡全部食物都偏大份,價錢又親民,真的是抵吃的老家號,已經不只一組朋友看到我Facebook 分享的相片後主動提約,要我和他們一起再來,所以我很快又會再來了。

聽講觀塘最近開咗好多新嘅新派菜式今次就來試一試佢啦,來到觀塘成業街嘅話香雞,來到餐廳老闆娘親自介紹幾款我哋必食嘅菜式 見到佢哋嘅煲仔菜好吸引,最後我哋叫咗麻辣牛腩煲,薑蔥豪仔煲,仲有一個濃雞湯芥蘭煲,菜式未梨嘅時候已經聞到一陣陣嘅香味 先講講薑蔥豪仔煲,豪仔食落好新鮮食落唔會有食到沙,配合埋薑蔥成個口都係有一種好鮮嘅味道,麻辣牛腩煲麻辣味唔會搶晒牛肉嘅香味牛腩食落好鬆軟入口即溶好有牛肉味,麻辣不會太麻好適合香港人嘅口味,濃雞湯芥蘭煲雞湯食得出係新鮮嘅雞熬出嘅湯底,芥蘭菜食落好爽口唔會過老 呢幾個菜都係推介俾大家值得一題當你牙有呢幾個菜嘅時候一定要食兩碗白飯因為實在太好味,二煲仔菜野用嘅報亦都可以令到菜式保持熱度,唔會食食吓啲餸就已經凍哂

今日又去觀塘買魚 ,買完落樓照舊係觀塘搵好西食!上網見到呢間專門食雞既,感覺唔錯咁!上到去鋪頭非常大間,呢間睇返先知係以前開過重開既老字號,所以我都好期待!因為我一個人食唔到咁多,就淨係叫左份招牌華香雞!雞肉賣相令,肉質勁嫩滑,聽講佢地會將雞肉過幾次冷河先!再用返佢地既秘制醬汁整熱!佢地既蔥油都特別好食!而且雞肉又唔會太咸,味道剛剛好呢!估唔到真係咁好食,我都好少係香港搵到咁好食既雞,以黎又多個選擇啦黎觀塘!

先點了一份茶香雞配白飯,茶香雞的茶葉味十分香濃,雞皮呈深啡色,顯然跟我們平常吃的雞不一樣,吃不出來是用了什麼茶葉所醃成的雞,但味道有點像茶葉蛋的茶葉香,每次試自己少吃的食物也會感覺好新奇。

不知為何,覺得蠔仔煲比茶香雞和華香雞還要好吃,沒想過蠔仔煲會真是以這樣的方式呈上,用頗大的煲去盛載煎蠔餅,很是新鮮。蠔的數量很多,也不太腥,重點是炸蠔餅也竟然可以沒有什麼油膩的感覺
能炸得乾身,不是每間中菜館都能做到。

嚟到觀塘嘅工廠大廈,唔使我講大家都知有好多好嘢食,今次嚟到呢間餐廳一聽到個名就知道係主打食雞啦,我哋一入到去呢間餐廳就馬上order左一份茶香雞同埋招牌嘅華香雞,另外再加多左一份豪仔餅,茶香雞同華香雞一嚟到茶香雞好明顯有煙燻嘅味道,而華香雞就係佢嘅招牌野,啲雞肉食落好滑好正,有一種大快朵頤嘅感覺,而豪仔餅方面煎得好鬆脆亦都好足料,茶香雞同華香雞俾我揀嘅話我會選擇華香雞,因為始終係佢嘅招牌嘢同埋比較啱我口味。
