黃竹坑的新商場 THE SOUTHSIDE,之前去還未有很多餐廳進駐。沒想到眨下眼的功夫就突然全都爭相營業。身為在黃竹坑上班的一員,當然要去湊熱鬧。這天就選了一間吃粉麵的「蘇哥清湯腩」。下午過來都幾多人在等位,不過流轉得快,所以都是大約等10分鐘左右。清湯牛三寶幼麵 (HKD 67) - 是說那個蔥給得有點少。湯底帶點清甜,夠味又不會太鹹,另外選了較爽口彈牙的幼麵。三寶的話分別是牛筋、金錢肚和牛腩。金錢肚口感柔軟,不會嚼不動。牛筋則Q彈滑嫩,兩者都很入味。牛腩炆煮的時間應該頗長,因為吃落很軟嫩且肉味香濃。 continue reading

本人透過網上平台訂購了一碗牛腩擔擔面,黎到嘅時候無加擔擔面醬,我打去商戶就這情況看看可以點處理,店員一開始推說話落左係碗粉度,可能太少唔多覺,我同佢講話一滴醬都無,佢叫我去平台上載張相俾佢睇。我搞完一大輪,佢只回覆拒絕退款。如果係咁,一開始就同我講啦,搞完一大輪又同平台講話啲醬係碗湯度,碗湯清個鬼,同擔擔面醬差好遠囉!一開始做錯嘢,講句對唔住漏左囉,我咬你食咩!呢啲咁嘅態度,我以後都唔去食😡😡😡😡 continue reading

自從南區開了呢個新商場,多咗好多選擇,連我最想食嘅牛腩都開咗一間專門店,隨時都可食到牛腩了。聽講都係人氣牛腩店。清湯坑腩幼麵牛坑腩原來係牛肋骨下面的肉,油脂分布均勻,牛肉味道很濃厚。最重要是口感十分鬆軟,吃起來又不會變韌,真係食到要豎起手指公。叫得清湯,果然湯底清甜,又不會膩,絕對沒有味精。麵條爽滑有彈性,好味。追加$15就有一碟油菜,抵食。隨了牛腩,也有牛肚,牛丸,牛筋….…….,下次一定再試。 continue reading

Happy Friday 早收工,系黃竹坑附近仲可以食埋下午茶先返屋企行去Southside 幾分鐘路程冇理由唔去高級商場內的餐廳也價高一點蘇哥清湯腩比較貼地的一間粉麵店清湯牛筋幼麵$48先喝一口湯,味道清甜;銀絲細麵,彈牙牛筋夠稔內味腩汁蘿蔔$23湯底比清湯濃,應該加左腩汁;蘿蔔大件、冇渣、清甜必食之選熱奶茶重奶味,夠熱又大杯三樣嘢加埋都系$71 好吃、夠飽、價錢合理行開商場記得食埋下午茶先走👍🏻店員禮貌好好,冇之前食評的惡人出現 continue reading

今日返咗總公司黃竹坑, 下午一條友去食晏, 發現新商場裏面 有呢間清湯腩。門口已經香噴噴。 我梗係入去食啦。入到去睇餐牌除咗傳統嘅 清湯牛腩 配粉麵米粉。 佢仲可以配飯添。( 碗清湯腩度仲有自蘿蔔, 蘿蔔超甜)我最鍾意就係清湯腩 和牛筋 配白飯一齊食。 個人覺得 咁先至食到真真正正清湯腩嘅香味。 呢間嘢完全唔會有味精, 牛筋又啱啱好唔會太爛 又唔會太 硬。佢lunch嘅時間基本上係排長龍, 我 因為 畀佢嘅香味吸引住 , 所以 趕時間排隊都要食。 continue reading
