天氣開始乾燥轉涼,相信懶過狗既香港友除左被竇之外,另一種會諗起既野就係食蛇,變相就係拍左1年烏蠅既食蛇業終於發市既日子來臨,但網上有一大堆雜亂無章既蛇宴推薦,實在難以得知邊間好食,邊間出色😞所以反正唔知去邊,個人就一定選擇去蛇店,因為絕大部分酒樓既菜單都係得1至3味係同蛇有關,其餘都係d咩羊腩煲,鱔,感覺真心想食蛇宴就應該味味都係同蛇有關先最過癮有見及此,今次就同同事去左位於旺角既食蛇老店《蛇王業》去試下60年不倒既手藝🐍先來蛇羹,講真就咁睇都見到十分足料,熱辣辣簡直救人一命,蛇肉同菇既比例剛剛好,份量仲要位位3碗仲有剩,老字號絕對唔洗擔心食緊以雞代蛇既蛇羹七彩炒蛇絲,蛇既份量差少少,椒絲幾多,加埋唔知點解存在既炸脆脆,扣分不少,但單論蛇絲就依然好味🤤椒絲同西芹單單帶來清爽口感炸蛇丸,估唔到只係半席都做到人人2粒,仲要唔細粒嫁喎,加埋你都睇到吸油紙都冇咩油,食落彈牙又味濃,一食就知冇味精,絕對唔係街外d濫竽充數既爛鬼蝦丸囉椒鹽蛇骨腩,當到呢一秒都仲擔心緊自己係咪真係食緊蛇肉既傻豬豬們終於可以放心,成舊蛇骨放你面前本身以為要「輪」骨,但一咬落去原來好多肉,簡單好似食緊豬仔骨咁啖啖肉,勁惹

椒鹽蛇骨腩,當到呢一秒都仲擔心緊自己係咪真係食緊蛇肉既傻豬豬們終於可以放心,成舊蛇骨放你面前本身以為要「輪」骨,但一咬落去原來好多肉,簡單好似食緊豬仔骨咁啖啖肉,勁惹味咬開肉質絲絲分明,真係估佢唔到,真心推薦🥰🥰本餐第二最愛

生扣蛇骨腩,全晚最愛😻!一眼望落去以為食火鍋炸魚皮,但原來塊蛇皮好似骨膠源咁彈滑仲要其實好多肉係入面,汶到好淋又冇骨,成舊食真係超級滿足,必食🤣🤣

其實中間仲有味燉山瑞,姐係水魚果d,但由於一下子就比人夾晒,我連食既機會都冇,相信味道都應該唔會差得去邊,大補之物失之交臂🥹
總括來說,完美的一餐,過往係酒樓,公聯會既蛇宴完全同佢冇得比,加埋d店員好鬼親切有講有笑,仲要送左支50度既蛇膽酒,一飲立即(wing)但又好鬼好飲,行氣活血男人味出晒黎🥴將來齊腳絕對會再幫襯
