車仔麵是香港特色小食,中學時代食唔少,最鐘意它可以自由配搭不同配料和麵底,價錢又相宜。位於深水埗福榮街有幾間車你麵,細個時有食過街邊檔車仔麵,第一毎反應就入左去。由於剛放工又唔想食咁飽,我只叫了豬紅和魷魚兩個餸,粗麵底,$22!物超所值吧。老闆把麵煮得剛剛好,魷魚爽口,我要求加了秘製辣汁,好有懷舊車仔麵味。懷舊呢家野,每個人心中都有個定義,可能你唔認同我,但我覺得原始車仔麵在我心中可以用懷舊形容。要多杯豆漿都只係加$6。食車仔麵飲返杯凍豆漿,一樂也。咁都只係$28,呢個可能就是我愛深水埗的原因。餐牌上列明各食材價錢,明碼實價。門口的左手邊師傅在製作食物,客人先要排隊講出要什麼配搭,之後付款,就會有專人把碗麵送到你面前。 continue reading

之前到深水埗黃金和高登先😝....買電腦用品或手機配件,後在附近吃劉森記與公和;夏季劉森記的麵食鹼水重,怕了!所以今次選車仔麵。街邊檔車仔餸點評逐個數:菜:是日有生菜丶菜芯與通菜~全部都新鮮無黃葉!火雞腎:鹵水汁幾入味,又不會過硬,但入味不等同於好味啦!牛腩: 燜得很淋和入味、本身腩汁的味道調校的不錯,但一份的份量實在太少了!羅白/豆卜: 是很難唔ok 的~冬菇: 應是下了雞油之類去燜的,就是一貫粉麵檔的做法,這樣能令冬菇更香。雖然冬菇size略小,但味道不錯兼好吃!魚片:正正常常、交貨standard、ok!瑞士鷄翼:我今天沒吃鶏翼,但同行告訴我,鷄翼是這裡味道最好。沙爹辣汁:是個辣到令你頭頂冒汗的自家製辣汁,我賜教了... continue reading

看見一格格不同款式的車仔餸,除了揀餸之餘,另一感覺是乾淨和企理。揀完餸,俾完錢,有專人拿俾你,好方便,自己入去就可揾個靚位坐底。堂食地方ok。冷氣夠,有電視。食完出來,個身無油煙味。這間我會再來幫襯的。希望這間的豬腸和酸齋,可繼續保持水準! continue reading
