元朗有一小鮮肉,往往令我不能抗拒!我會形容「賀苗記」是一個製作鍋貼、生煎飽和花卷的小廚房,皆因小小的店只能容下爐具和幹麵的空間,沒有給予堂食的餘地!而且店內只有一個圓鍋,每次均是在街頭角落等候出爐。先付錢,姐姐會告訴您大概出爐時間,到時到候出現就是不會錯過最佳品嚐的要訣。店內一盤盤包好的生煎包!名符其實的生煎出爐了,師傅和姐姐忙於分發予預訂的客人,然後再趕下輪上鍋!每次經過,只要肚子還有空間,便會來幾隻我最愛鍋貼,光是脹卜卜的賣相已受不了!皮薄餡靚、帶有菜碎和薑香的肉餡鮮香鬆軟。底部煎得脆香,每隻小小的鍋貼口感層次也十分豐富!難度的考驗是要趁熱呼呼的狀態用竹籤進食!一下不小心,皮肉分離,餡內豐美的肉汁全都流出來了,可見肉汁非常的澎湃!生煎包同樣擁有焦香的包底,包的鬆軟質感是我最欣賞的,對比不少名店的出品更有過之而無不及的水準!肉餡的湯汁不豐,富有淡淡的酒香,跟鍋貼的味道不太一樣!原來一直貼有教人翻熱的方法,不過對我來說,「賀苗記」的小鮮肉是不宜外帶,宜享受即叫即食的口樂!

睇住鋪頭開咗咁耐,一直行過都冇試過。今日終於試咗第一次喇!其實成日都見到師傅默默做包點,都覺得好有心機。似係家庭小生意。都好值得支持。今日買外賣返屋企食。店長好細心,係門口有寫左教你點樣返熱啲包點。加少少水煎返熱,好似出爐一樣咁好味。個包會腫返同埋個底仍然脆!一滴油都唔使落。買咗三個鍋貼同埋兩個生煎包,總共$25。兩個嘅餡料都完全唔油膩,亦唔會太咸。鍋貼每一個都有湯,皮夠薄,但係都唔會好容易爛。生煎包就冇乜湯,但係都好食。而家好少地方嘅生煎包會煎到脆口呢。

之前想吃賀苗記包點的生煎包,但我不太知曉它的位置,直到數天前與閨蜜去牛more石燒專門店吃石燒牛,無意中經過發現賀苗記,我終於可以嚐到元朗街坊口耳相傳的美味生煎包,心情雀躍。生煎包和鍋貼全是店主親自包製及熱煎,故非常新鮮,而且生煎包只賣22元四個,蠻便宜的。生煎包超飽滿,包皮鬆軟,包底香脆,咬第一口時請注意,先咬一小口,嚐嚐肉餡的湯汁,肉餡十分鮮嫩扎實,肉味濃厚,吃完一個絕對會意猶未盡想再來一個。
