我一向偏愛食火灸壽司嘅!佢地嘅火灸都做得恰到好處,唔會有燶味,火喉同火灸時間拿練得好好!我好鍾意食佢地嘅灸燒日本左口魚邊壽司,左口魚邊入口即溶!今次仲試咗灸燒焦糖鵝肝壽司,一直想試但怕腥,但係有驚喜喎!好甜,幾特別,雖然食到最後都會食到少少腥,但都推介👍🏻

小食方面,大愛佢地嘅芝麻雞翼,好香口,即叫即整,次次送到嚟都真係熱到辣嘴。

今次去食仲試埋佢地時令嘅北海道珍寶帶子,美味しい。帶子除咗好鮮甜,仲有淡淡嘅海水味,咩sauce都唔洗加呀;而解凍嘅時間同溫度都拿練得好好,入口唔會勁凍亦無殘餘嘅薄冰,直頭幻想到自己食緊啱啱喺海邊執起嘅帶子咁呀,口感豐富!

本來想開開心心食餐好西, 一入餐廳, 環境唔掂, 好似茶餐廳咁, 跟住有個黑口黑面四眼佬帶入座, 之前見到Openrice食評, 有個梯級擺設嘅壽司set, 原來已經冇做好耐, 真係好失望, 最後叫咗個普通嘅壽司set連冷麵, 其實真係冇乜選擇, 另外加咗兩串串燒, 豬腩同雞皮, 本來都好期待, 點知, 兩串串燒激咸, 好似食鹽咁, 而盤壽司嘅質素真係極普通, 衰過好多壽司連鎖店, 一個lunch咁就食咗$200幾, 但真心覺得超唔值咁嘅價錢。 我好少上嚟打食評, 但真係唔想有人再中伏, 所以一定要寫呢一篇!!!

這家餐廳的位置相對比較偏僻,只是有一次從教育路走去元朗廣場的途中見到,上openrice搜索了一下,看見評價還不錯,就想著改天來試一下。來的時候將近9點,人不多,無需等位,點了一個刺身丼,泡菜鍋和牛肉卷溏心蛋,鵝肝醬手卷,尤其是後面兩個和菜單上的其他一些菜式從來沒在其他日料店見過,感覺很新鮮,都有躍躍欲試之感。總體味道都很不錯,刺身好新鮮,價錢也不算貴,算是性價比較高的一個日式餐廳了,值得下次再來。
