同同事經過呢間新開嘅日本餐廳,見有午餐定食,就決定試吓。豚肉壽喜燒:等了60分鐘才現身的壽喜燒,豬肉有五片,但十分硬,而且壽喜燒汁完全不是壽喜燒的味道。而當中的蔬菜,份量不太多。吉列豬扒滑蛋飯等了45分鐘的滑蛋豬扒扒飯,正正常常,份量嘅正常,中規中矩,$98價錢,味道方面性價比就不算太高。定食當中有茶碗蒸,可能是全個套餐入邊味道最正常的一樣食物。麵豉湯上枱時候不是太熱,但等了相當的時間,有什麼變吃什麼。總括而言,不是10分愉快的一餐,坐低45分鐘開始才有食物。真心說環境是不錯的,可惜想食物製作時間太長的話,午餐絕對冇下次。

餐廳串燒選擇都多,除咗自己平時鍾意食嘅幾款串燒之外,我都試咗一d比較少見嘅款式。

醬油燒扇貝厚身多肉,而且扇貝燒完之後口感竟然仲係好嫩,食落去鮮味十足。

免治雞肉棒係自家製,唔係急凍貨,偏腍身少少,因為落左雞軟骨,所以保持住一定嘅爽脆口感。

明太子豆腐係用上炸豆腐,再加上明太子嘅醬汁去燒。豆腐外脆內嫩配上鹹鹹地嘅明太子醬,成個味道都好夾。

豚肉荔枝卷係每次食串燒必點,甜甜地嘅荔枝配上鹹香嘅豚肉片,又鹹又甜好好食。

小編今次同老婆嚟到呢一間位於銅鑼灣百德新街嘅居酒屋食晚餐,小編前菜order咗炸雞皮同埋龍蝦沙律,雞皮炸得相當乾身,龍蝦沙律相當Creamy,配合埋紫菜相當美味。串燒方面,小編order咗柚子胡椒雞肉,雞心,牛舌芯,燒白鱔,每一款串燒都烹調得相當美味,尤其是燒白鱔同埋牛舌芯,絕對值得一試。小編另外亦order咗燒油甘魚餃,同埋燒魷魚,油甘魚餃燒得相當美味啖啖肉相當Juicy,燒魷魚味動唔會太濃,配合埋特製醬汁,成件事相當美味。另外喺煮食方面,小編order咗櫻花蝦鰹魚湯泡飯,鰹魚湯相當濃郁,配合埋櫻花蝦同飯有解膩嘅作用,再加上整晚店員嘅服務相當好,相當滿意嘅一餐。

小編今次同老婆嚟到呢一間位於銅鑼灣百德新街嘅居酒屋食晚餐,小編前菜order咗炸雞皮同埋龍蝦沙律,雞皮炸得相當乾身,龍蝦沙律相當Creamy,配合埋紫菜相當美味。


串燒方面,小編order咗柚子胡椒雞肉,雞心,牛舌芯,燒白鱔,每一款串燒都烹調得相當美味,尤其是燒白鱔同埋牛舌芯,絕對值得一試。


小編另外亦order咗燒油甘魚餃,同埋燒魷魚,油甘魚餃燒得相當美味啖啖肉相當Juicy,燒魷魚味動唔會太濃,配合埋特製醬汁,成件事相當美味。


另外喺煮食方面,小編order咗櫻花蝦鰹魚湯泡飯,鰹魚湯相當濃郁,配合埋櫻花蝦同飯有解膩嘅作用,再加上整晚店員嘅服務相當好,相當滿意嘅一餐。

The restaurant speed is really slow and my order comes only after 30 minutes waiting time. The most horrible dish is salad and rice. With decent presentation, it is surprising that the rice is halfway cooked and the salmon is not fresh. The neighboring customers and I have reverted with our comments to the waitress and left after paying our bills without finishing the whole lunch

Much more better choices if you pay $150 for a lunch set in Causeway Bay

I really hope that their chef can pay more attention to the quality of their food

初見這店,它lunch menu 不算貴,一進內沒有服務員. 等了一段時間後才入座. 初時右方兩方食客已說出極度難食,和服務態度極差. 兩位是不相識分別坐不同枱.但我坐下並叫了lunchset,初時問可以有杯水,那服務員回答極度差並說‘等一陣喇得唔得呀’. 以凶惡態度說出這句話.我坐了一回,有另外一位食客進入,她坐下一樣問可否給杯水,服務員回答等一陣給你. 等了一段時間,食客再問. 服務員才施施然給食客杯水. 但已忘記了我之前問取開水.只好怪我不相信,右方兩位不相識食客意見,堅持坐下.

門口冇寫試業,見到入面都幾多人,亂入左做白老鼠落單阿姐冇用任何嘢記底,以為佢咁勁記得曬,結果轉頭又要從頭講一次🙄人手不足,全店得兩位侍應,非常亂,之後發現原來大部分食客都係店主朋友😓前菜係一碗青瓜條+紅蘿蔔條+椰菜一堆,唔係好識欣賞等咗好耐,刺生終於到、但係下面D冰半溶狀態,水汪汪😰希望唔會肚痛魚生食落唔太新鮮,尤其赤身串燒還可以,尤其白鱔幾好烏冬湯底正常唯一可取係比較後生嗰位侍應忙到傻都保持笑容
