今日閒遊屯門蝴蝶灣 & 幻愛橋後,突然同行人話想食居酒屋,就係OPENRICE搵下有咩啱,無意間發現酩鬼居酒屋評分幾好,又可以BOOK即去試下。位置較靜距離港鐵站要行大約十幾分鐘,見門口無人店內都只得一枱客,心諗會唔會中伏呢,服務員禮貌款待留住左我地,原本我地BOOK左BAR枱位,但店員安排左個窗邊位感覺都唔錯,仲好仔細介紹菜單,見我地好似有困難仲主動慢慢解釋。後來七點左右已坐满,好多都係熟客。我地先點左個魚生併盤,可以加錢改其中原條魚做燒烤變兩食,但我地之後仲會叫熟食所以無改。上枱賣相唔錯,食物到例牌相機食先,店員仲介紹咩角度影最靚幫我地影相,之後再加天婦羅同串燒, 中途突然送來一碟鱈魚片,原來老板娘請食,仲問我地食物質素如何,下次要坐吧枱可以同廚師交流,氣氛應該幾好。再加上店内装修擺設好日本感覺,周圍仲擺左日本雜誌同貼上日本海報,真係好掛住日本呀!

今日閒遊屯門蝴蝶灣 & 幻愛橋後,突然同行人話想食居酒屋,就係OPENRICE搵下有咩啱,無意間發現酩鬼居酒屋評分幾好,又可以BOOK即去試下。

位置較靜距離港鐵站要行大約十幾分鐘,見門口無人店內都只得一枱客,心諗會唔會中伏呢,服務員禮貌款待留住左我地,原本我地BOOK左BAR枱位,但店員安排左個窗邊位感覺都唔錯,仲好仔細介紹菜單,見我地好似有困難仲主動慢慢解釋。後來七點左右已坐满,好多都係熟客。

我地先點左個魚生併盤,可以加錢改其中原條魚做燒烤變兩食,但我地之後仲會叫熟食所以無改。上枱賣相唔錯,食物到例牌相機食先,店員仲介紹咩角度影最靚幫我地影相,之後再加天婦羅同串燒, 中途突然送來一碟鱈魚片,原來老板娘請食,仲問我地食物質素如何,下次要坐吧枱可以同廚師交流,氣氛應該幾好。再加上店内装修擺設好日本感覺,周圍仲擺左日本雜誌同貼上日本海報,真係好掛住日本呀!

服務態度非常差,book左枱最後連座位都安排唔到。。。。然後一句唔好意思都無。。。。仲講大話話有客人指明要某個位置既枱,間舖有幾大,心中有數⋯⋯因為誤以為客人先到,明明我哋4位先到。先安排較遲到達既3位客人坐,然後話執好枱(已有4人枱客人離坐)就安排入坐。點知有6位到,就叫我哋等單都未埋既4人枱,本身既4人枱拼一張2人枱比6位坐。完全無安排,book枱都無用。非常失望。。。白白等左20分鐘。。。。。

今日慶祝母親節,所以滿心歡喜帶佢去食日本菜。上網睇評語話呢間不錯,所以就帶左佢黎。我地叫左刺身A餐同串燒B餐,基本上呢兩樣食落去不過不失。但刺身A係有時令鮮魚,咁就問我地想要爽口定油份重。我地簡左油份重,但實際條魚真係一啲都唔油份重,感覺偏爽口,硬身😂😂😂 其他刺身都新鮮,串燒就都好食然後重點就黎啦,因為呢兩個餐唔夠飽。我地就叫左海膽炒飯,但個海膽係好臭好腥。有幾舊根本食唔到落口,同職員反應,佢同我講呢個炒飯我無推介架啵。聽到呢句,我真係反問佢,作為一間餐廳唔係應該咩都要係好食,拎得上餐枱?最後佢再拎番個板海膽比我地試,試完我都係覺個海膽好難食。如果你地黎食,真係極度唔推薦,去食爭鮮既海膽仲好。

燒鰻魚,魚皮好脆,即燒即食特別不同。 為了有點飽肚感,還點了牛肉湯蕎麥麵🍜,牛肉唔靭,都有幾片,不算太少,以往都是食冷麵,估不到湯蕎麥麵都好好吃


餐牌其實不算太多款式,可能仿效日本🇯🇵一樣,若加多少少款式或多幾款優惠套餐,應該仲吸引。


我們坐bar枱,可以跟師父閒聊,他們都很友善,還提議下次叫我們點選其他款式來試試,因為我們重複了某些食物😆
