牛舌其實係好難燒嘅食物,因為燒得耐會韌,燒得唔夠時間又會生,我之前去日本自己燒嗰種餐廳,次次都燒到好難食,所以我想睇下人地燒成點。呢個師傅好到家,燒到外面個皮係脆,但入面係好軟熟,無生,真係廚藝了得,無浪費咁好嘅食材。

真係唔好睇佢賣相以為佢普普通通,如果鍾意食蒜蓉嘅朋友一定要食呢個。正所謂禾桿衿珍珠就係呢種,咁啱扇貝又係珍珠。D蒜蓉索晒啲帶子汁,一食落去,蒜香同帶子嘅味道喺口腔裡面徘徊,又攻上鼻腔,非常令人陶醉。

最後叫左個「自家製豬軟骨拉麵」黎share,湯底要芝士辣湯。
本身呢個拉麵已經有一隻溏心蛋,我地追加一隻,可以一人一隻。個溏心蛋做得啱啱好,名符其實,咬落去真係溏心,食落口,蛋香好足。個湯底其實無得輸,鍾意芝士味嘅話,記得食芝士湯底,真係唔會加水溝稀,全部夠芝士。

埋單只係304,真係超值,估唔到元朗有咁大驚喜。
