海鮮拉麵變成烏冬,我地掛住傾偈都無留意,不過唔緊要,我本身鍾意烏冬多過拉麵,個地獄湯底比我想象的辣呀,但好惹味,仲有芝士係湯面,有蟹柳、青口、蝦。之後上埋和牛烏冬,仲諗住得幾粒牛,點知有6片牛,雖然薄和有點硬但都比想象的多,湯底忘了改芝士辣湯底,所以是豬骨湯底,相比之下地獄湯麵更吸引,不過由於都頗辣,我之後將2隻湯底混合一齊食,好似更好味,飲左好多湯呢,而烏冬好滑好彈

首先食左個叉燒拉麵,豬骨湯底感覺唔錯,唔會太油,味道又唔太濃,岩曬我口味
叉燒唔太膿,入口都OK

拉麵麵條唔太差,掛汁力還好,而且幾大碗,食完都飽飽地

之後食左個芋頭丸,炸得好香脆

入面有小小流心,好惹味

另外食左個芝士年糕,又係炸得好脆,好香口

而且唔油膩,咬口一流

咁黎得拉面店,無理由唔叫返碗面既, 我地就叫左極上和牛肉稻庭烏冬! 佢有幾個湯底,我地簡左蕃茄味,貪佢無咁油膩。佢D牛肉好軟,又多汁.....D烏冬好有彈性,唔會好軟...........佢仲有跟埋一隻糖心旦, 都幾岩香港人口味!!

之後有個蒜蓉燒扇貝, 蒜蓉好配合到個扇貝, 香得黎又唔會搶哂D味!!!!

我地仲叫左好多架,例如有燒羊架、生蝦、燒鯖魚等等,個質素都幾高!

元朗也有居酒屋,想去喝喝東西,吃吃串燒,吃個拉麵烏冬烏冬有分稻庭烏冬和讚崎烏冬,也有不同湯底選擇看到紅彤彤的畫面,就知道很辣呢沒錯,我選了血池地獄湯底,真的很香辣超大隻蝦撒上味鹽,使大蝦更惹味,肉質新鮮彈牙。兩隻大扇貝稻庭烏冬較扁幼,入口很滑拉麵則選了芝士辣湯底。燒物小食等的選擇也挺多。鎖滿肉汁不韌,易入口外皮薄薄一層香脆,撒上味鹽挺惹味。蒜香十足是芝士蠔超有趣的,可樂竟然也有綠茶味喝起來就是汽水加了綠茶粉般很有日本風味平民居酒屋

見到隔離枱食鵪鶉蛋,encore 咗一次,睇嚟好似幾好食,不過今次我哋已經食到好飽,唯有下次再試下啦

上菜速度快,服務都算幾好,因為本來我哋坐個冷氣風位,覺得好凍,跟住之後有吉位,服務員都主動問我哋轉唔轉位。

最後試埋個面....哇 ! 我好懷疑我係咪食緊拉面...完全無拉面個口感 , 又唔似係浸湯浸太耐肥哂既面...

我覺得根本係即食面既口感...

唔講既話仲以為自己食緊豬骨濃湯味出前一丁!!!!(出前一丁肯定仲好食過佢100倍

我真係失望到一個點...難食到我要特登上openrice打食評...
