今日由荃灣西行入深井,係為左食燒鵝,深井出名係燒鵝,想食正宗既燒鵝,我只食陳記,好多年無食陳記,以前荃灣有分店,都會成日去食,真係由細食到大,童年回憶。燒鵝既賣相唔錯,燒鵝係微熱,皮薄兼脆,脂肪適中,香噴噴,急不及待想食,加埋啲汁真係用黎送飯一流。至於其他小菜都炒得唔錯,有鑊氣,陳記依然keep到水準👍🏻

3年冇幫襯了 今天專誠入深井幫襯陳記 但非常失望而且好難食 燒鵝皮很乾肉很硬 而且飯又凍 燒腩仔又凍又硬又鹹 黃金蝦不生鮮又梅而且冇味 又冇服務但又要收加一服務費 食完等於冇食過 仲要比三百幾蚊食垃圾 唔會再有下次幫襯 !

平時去深井食燒鵝,都一定去裕記,今次想試吓陳記。因為裕記都食過幾次,所以想試吓陳記燒鵝。陳記大門口對正大馬路,好容易搵,而且有免費代客泊車。假日中午到達,都幾多客人。套餐唔吸引,最後決定散叫。燒鵝半隻,色澤都唔錯,但啲皮唔夠脆, 同埋燒鵝有少許臊味。比我預期的差。金銀蛋莧菜份量多,味道唔錯。蒜香骨味道一般,肉質比較硬,唔好食,失敗之作。總結:陳記以馳名深井燒鵝作為招牌菜,但沒有預期的好食。如果將來再去深井食燒鵝,我會試吓其他餐館。

陳記燒鵝係紅墈開左分店而加唔洗入深井都可以食到好味嘅燒鵝啦!我地嗌左一份燒味拼盆入面有叉燒、紅腸、熏蹄、燒鵝叉燒雖然唔係好肥 但係肉質軟林 完全唔會乾硬加上醬汁甜甜地 真係幾好味熏蹄彈牙紅腸皮脆卜卜 唔會好鹹燒鵝皮脆肉嫩 仲非常juicy果然係燒鵝專門店 真係有返上下質素!
