五個長者衰去幫襯,點知啲伙記只係俾四張有背凳,一張無背圓凳,當時客人唔多,有背凳亦大把,我們多番要求,伙記態度衰到不得了,堅持唔俾,算了罷,我們繼續點菜吃飯,都未食完,伙記不停收碟抹抬,擺明趕客,唔怪之得港人都北上去也,我以後也不會再幫襯🤬🤬

約咗幾年都約唔到齊人,決定無論幾多人都好,點都要約一次出嚟。有人提議去返呢度,話佢重新開返,於是就決定舊地重遊,地點決定咗,枱一早book好咗,終於成事我係最尾先join 呢個group嘅人, 佢哋一齊經歷嘅嘢似乎比我多好多,有啲而家都仲做緊同事呢外表上大家都冇乜點變過,但係食量方面就大減咗好多囉。其實約食飯有啲人會覺得食唔係重點,但係見到你又食減肥藥又話戒食澱粉令到本身想食多兩啖都好似唔係幾好意思咁 ,再加上我哋有一半人冇到,所以食嘅氣氛似乎冇之前咁開心。佢哋有部份就跟返以前曾經嚟過叫過嘅菜式copy,例如有椒鹽鮮魷啦「呢個必叫嘅」,仲有粟米魚肚羹、鹹菜豬肚湯、肉絲炒麵。今次新加嘅菜式就有菠蘿咕嚕肉(佢哋之前過咗嗌嘅會係西檸雞,雖然都係酸酸甜甜)、瑤柱豆苗(以前年紀仲細點會嗌菜啊)同埋小炒王 (特別嘅小炒王,佢嘅魷魚唔係配菜,而係做咗主角,好似另外嗌咗半碟椒鹽鮮魷加咗落去咁)原先我係想食菠蘿生炒骨多啲有啲骨選吓好過啖啖肉,不過嚟到都係變咗咕嚕肉🤪全部嘢食,佢哋話同以前大致上都差唔多,可能冇之前咁濃味喎。我都覺得幾唔錯,而且性價比高。裝修咗嘅大排檔,其實大致上都冇乜點改動 佢哋話係個廁所乾淨咗好多靚左好多囉飲咗兩支大啤,今日已經有少少頭痛,真係老咗。係個環境實在太嘈,完全傾唔到偈,如果解決到呢個問題就Perfect啦

材料差勁, 老闆賺到盡, 仲要畀面色你睇, 好似話你知,你唔嚟我有大把客 嗰啲大老闆面色, 冇下次。大家唔好做水魚!只想好心提醒下大家! 完全明白點解香港人唔肯消費。 實在覺得離曬大譜, 不吐不快。

潮湧香江百年,味遊「潮州巷」。潮州滷漢導遊,見證心所在、家所在的英雄歲月。人去樓無,變成皇后街熟食中心。無明顯招牌,有巷一條,由電車路找自動電梯,入此隱世爆炒飯店。宜先遊「海味街」(皇后大道東西)、「南北行」(文咸西街)、「中藥街」(高陞街),你才明白三街人流交滙,催生這條潮州橫町出現。其實只剩下曾記棵品,本文介紹是茶檔爆炒店。茶檔是茶餐廳的先祖,更有風味 ,此店是西營盤古早味茶檔,晚餐變成爆炒店,是冷氣充足和潔淨的歷史博物館。近年多了年青人、內地人和外國人來嚐爆炒店,嚐古早味,文化味遊是當前香港美食主流。推介是海鮮和鑊氣餸兩大主打。伴啤酒的是炸大腸,考驗鑊氣。海鮮孖寶是薑葱蠔煲,亦有火爆本色。蒸粉絲扇貝厚重,粉絲很多。南乳燒雞亦是爆炸餸,此店各款均不濃咸少油,能留住街坊客,星期一晚亦9成滿。要批評是清湯腩過份清淡,宜加白胡椒。白蘿蔔太硬,未足時間煲稔。稍有潮州風味是沙爹牛河,帶來絲絲回憶。
