今次新加嘅菜式就有菠蘿咕嚕肉(佢哋之前過咗嗌嘅會係西檸雞,雖然都係酸酸甜甜)、瑤柱豆苗(以前年紀仲細點會嗌菜啊)同埋小炒王 (特別嘅小炒王,佢嘅魷魚唔係配菜,而係做咗主角,好似另外嗌咗半碟椒鹽鮮魷加咗落去咁)

原先我係想食菠蘿生炒骨多啲有啲骨選吓好過啖啖肉,不過嚟到都係變咗咕嚕肉🤪

全部嘢食,佢哋話同以前大致上都差唔多,可能冇之前咁濃味喎。我都覺得幾唔錯,而且性價比高。裝修咗嘅大排檔,其實大致上都冇乜點改動 佢哋話係個廁所乾淨咗好多靚左好多囉

飲咗兩支大啤,今日已經有少少頭痛,真係老咗。

係個環境實在太嘈,完全傾唔到偈,如果解決到呢個問題就Perfect啦

OMG! The pig intestines here is just amazing! It tastes so clean yet flavourful. I could taste all the work they put in it. Cleaning all the intestines, marinating, seasoning and frying. SO good! This is a must try, even if you normally don't eat intestines. Trust me! Their fried chicken and most of their stir fries are worth trying too. All skilfully prepared. I just highlight the pig intestine cause I got so impressed.

陳財記系食中菜噶,裝修好似滴大排檔甘,充滿風味,系個周圍都算幾出名噶啦,次次去都坐滿人,要排隊等一陣先有位坐,不過好味噶野等一陣都無所謂噶,炸大腸,真系要試試,好似我平時吾會點食大腸噶人,來到哩度都要點哩個炸大腸,因為實在太好食啦,大腸皮脆裏面就好juicy, 而且份量好足,超正!

一直以來都知道上環街市有一知熟食中心,但好多人,平時要在那兒吃實屬不易,今天同事說原來皇后街也有一個熟食中心,立即上去試試熟食中心有很多不同的食肆,有印度食肆,有西式意粉,有中式餃子,我們今天選的是陳財記,舖面就是掛了一個牌,寫上今天主打的午餐,如不合心意還可以問老闆拿餐牌叫食物。今天我們叫了黑椒雞比火腿飯和豉汁蒸排骨飯這個雞脾飯不得了,大家都知道碟頭飯的碟是多麼巨大,這個雞脾佔了隻碟一半的位置,下面有火腿墊住,送上來的時候,同事都哇了一聲。一切就好容易分開,雞脾肉好滑,夠熱,餸汁足夠送飯,好快就可以食哂成碟飯,飽豉汁蒸排骨飯一看便知道份量有多大,排骨碟是一般4人家庭用的晚餐碟,旁邊有滿滿的一碟飯,很抵食粗略計算有十五件排骨,很吸引很想吃每一口都有肉汁包住,不咸,又是很好餸飯的選擇!

這個雞脾飯不得了,大家都知道碟頭飯的碟是多麼巨大,這個雞脾佔了隻碟一半的位置,下面有火腿墊住,送上來的時候,同事都哇了一聲。
一切就好容易分開,雞脾肉好滑,夠熱,餸汁足夠送飯,好快就可以食哂成碟飯,飽
