香港今時今日以䖵入饌既餐廳愈來愈無,今日得知經營多年既雲南人家已經結業,真係感到十分可惜。第一次得知雲南人家有賣蟲蟲菜式係數年前,可惜當時因為疫情關係沒有「貨物」到港,心心念念等左兩年,終於響今年三月初嚐雲南人家既酥炸雜蟲,記憶中既味道香氣十足,特有既材料鮮味加上恰到好處既油氣令人十分難忘,未料初嚐一次便成絕響,實在十分可惜。

先嚟講第一碗自選米粉,湯底揀左麻辣湯底
