To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我愛旅遊,因為可以接觸不同新事物。食,對於我來說,就是味覺的旅遊,嚐味不同。今天相約朋友一起來到葵芳食具香港特色的小廚:沙窩粥,已經不是新名詞了。只是因為天氣凍和好久沒食,所以叫了一窩,粥底可自由配搭食材。有2人及4人份量供選擇。其實份量是偏大的,食粥之外還想食其他的,建議4人選2人份量。今天叫的粥底是:泥蜢+鮮雞。粥底味道很特別,估計廚師是加了其他食材湯做湯底。我認為用清湯加上新鮮的泥蜢和雞煮出來已經足夠鮮甜。可惜採用的是冰鮮雞,泥蜢應該是雪藏的,鮮味欠奉。加上泥蜢的骨混入粥里,食起來要很小心。特別味道的湯底+魚骨,令此粥大大失色。可能下次選擇蝦和蠔仔做粥底會更好,不過,前提是材料必須新鮮。俗語說:英雄莫問出處,我沒有問廚師這屬什麼魚的春。敗筆之處同樣是食材,魚春偏硬,魚春味不夠。煎香後的魚春放入濃湯再煲,反而失去香味,湯偏咸,又帶不出魚春的鮮味,芹蒜雖香但也返魂無術。反而芽菜吸收了魚春及芹蒜煲湯的味道,反串成了主角,吃起來很爽口而且鮮甜可口。想不到 得益者反而是配角芽菜。下次試下單純「香煎羌蔥魚春」可能會更佳。意料之外的是,最簡單的才是最好味的。最難得的是通菜剛好夠熟,不硬又不淋。

俗語說:英雄莫問出處,我沒有問廚師這屬什麼魚的春。敗筆之處同樣是食材,魚春偏硬,魚春味不夠。煎香後的魚春放入濃湯再煲,反而失去香味,湯偏咸,又帶不出魚春的鮮味,芹蒜雖香但也返魂無術。反而芽菜吸收了魚春及芹蒜煲湯的味道,反串成了主角,吃起來很爽口而且鮮甜可口。

意料之外的是,最簡單的才是最好味的。最難得的是通菜剛好夠熟,不硬又不淋。看得出廚師掌握火候的精準度。𦍑、蔥、蒜的香味完全與通菜結合,混合蝦膏的香味,再配合大地魚干,簡直天衣無縫,食起來味道層次豐富,百感交集。唯一需要改良的是可以淡味少少。

兩人宵夜,叫左個冰鎮墨魚片和xx生魚皮,份量方面,都幾充足,大約有20幾條墨魚片.味道方面墨魚片算爽口,但完全無味,沾芥末豉油後,只食豉油味!@@生魚皮雖然分量唔多,但好爽口,配上生蔥絲,好味! 建議多返少少油,令整體口感更豐富.環境方面,就是街邊食檔,無咩要求,朋友間舒服傾計既地方!

兩人宵夜,叫左個冰鎮墨魚片和xx生魚皮,

生魚皮雖然分量唔多,但好爽口,配上生蔥絲,好味! 建議多返少少油,令整體口感更豐富.

原本想去打邊爐,點知間間火鍋店條龍排到街口,天氣咁凍無乜胃口,再周圍睇睇,好彩找到一間近十字路口,雖然嗰間舖細到嘔,但係至吸引嗰隻“賴尿蝦”大到無人有,食到我唔停得口。跟住叫多一碟“蒜蓉蒸扇貝”食咗之後絶不後悔。再加上一煲“啫啫春菜煲”好味到連毛孔都讚好。抵食到連埋單都叫好,盛惠$180,仲唔收加一,你話好唔好‧‧好唔好。

昨晚到了葵芳吃晚飯,地點震陞雲南美食,地方小小,主攻大排檔食物,當晚見到兩三枱客在打邊爐, 大熱天氣下,我就受不了,於是點了小菜, 這兒有很多椒鹽菜式,椒鹽豆腐外層香脆, 內層豆腐很嫩滑, 紅椒和蒜蓉等料頭很香口惹味.還發現這兒有很多菜都是煲仔上的,通菜有蝦乾和蒜子一同炒, 用煲仔上.還有咕嚕雞球,豆醬炆雞,咸魚雞粒炒飯, 到上菜時才發覺竟然點了三款食物都是雞, 難道我熱到傻了?這兒的食物可算抵食夾大件, 每碟的份量與一般食店相比多1.5倍,令我們預算失準,真的吃不完,最後打包了兩盒回家。可能有人打邊爐關係, 冷氣明顯不夠涼, 我們一邊滴汗,一邊吃,只好匆匆吃完便要走。

當晚見到兩三枱客在打邊爐, 大熱天氣下,我就受不了,於是點了小菜,

這兒有很多椒鹽菜式,

椒鹽豆腐

外層香脆, 內層豆腐很嫩滑, 紅椒和蒜蓉等料頭很香口惹味.

還發現這兒有很多菜都是煲仔上的,

通菜有蝦乾和蒜子一同炒, 用煲仔上.

還有
咕嚕雞球,
豆醬炆雞,
咸魚雞粒炒飯, 到上菜時才發覺竟然點了三款食物都是雞, 難道我熱到傻了?

這兒的食物可算抵食夾大件, 每碟的份量與一般食店相比多1.5倍,令我們預算失準,真的吃不完,最後打包了兩盒回家。

可能有人打邊爐關係, 冷氣明顯不夠涼, 我們一邊滴汗,一邊吃,只好匆匆吃完便要走。

以前係呢區讀書就勁鐘意食呢間
不過以前冇咩錢覺得學生價要23蚊好貴, 媽媽飯錢只有20蚊唔夠錢
所以一個星期最多黎一次
以前最鐘意牛展酸辣米線(每天有一個精選雙併米線賣23蚊,仲有台式野飲送)
雖然呢間晚市係打邊爐
但午市係台式餐廳
見到樓下奇怪它係台式飲品, 其實大概七年前呢度係台式餐廳, 震陞接左手只係改左個名裝修咩都冇改過, 所以佢既台式飲品唔奇怪
但奇左奇在佢越黎越唔台式,


今天有點失望, 3年沒有來, 地方污漕左, 野食因為沒有了雙併精選米線所以我要左自己最想食既酸辣米線, 得肉碎, 不過都好好味, 今次食好油, 但以前唔覺唔知係自己變左心定佢變左, ha

另一失望係胚芽珍珠, 以前次次都飲呢隻, 今日竟然冇珍珠,

改要胚芽奶茶, 都好好味但始終欠0的野

雖然好多野都唔同左, 樣樣都差左0的, 但感情分令我下次都想再來

我們留意到隔鄰檯的客人吃火鍋, 湯底很特別, 有蟹、豬骨等材料, 類似什綿鍋,材料豐富特別吸引。

可惜店子太細, 冷氣不夠, 可能要到冬天才會來吃這個火鍋呢!

因為不設訂位, 以前路過幾次都有很多人等位, 今次亦不例外, 所以要早點去呀!
