To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家姐帶我們來這家味道不錯的小菜館吃晚飯。選了.....凍膏蟹 ~ 十分多膏, 正合心意, 再配特製辣椒豉油, 簡直一流潮式咸C蚌 ~ 我很喜愛吃螄蚶, 這款略為醃製過, 更顯出色灼東風螺 ~ 細小的BB螺油鹽水花甲王 ~ 不錯! 沒有砂椒鹽九肚魚 ~ 不夠乾身香口, 椒鹽味亦淡蝦干介蘭煲 ~ 很大煲, 香噴噴呢京都骨 ~ 醬汁酸味不足, 表面看來沒有熱煙上升, 但差點被灼傷舌頭豬頸肉炒公仔麵 ~ 一般還有2支冰凍的啤酒, 將體溫稍為降低一點, 很爽啊!我們留意到隔鄰檯的客人吃火鍋, 湯底很特別, 有蟹、豬骨等材料, 類似什綿鍋,材料豐富特別吸引。可惜店子太細, 冷氣不夠, 可能要到冬天才會來吃這個火鍋呢!因為不設訂位, 以前路過幾次都有很多人等位, 今次亦不例外, 所以要早點去呀!
