好多年之前食過陳根記,搬咗之後今次第一次食。因為今日係星期日所以都好多人,不過都唔算等得太耐大概20分鐘左右。

第一次係大埔食陳根記,雖然無左從前既環境,但食物風味依舊。近年興食要酸菜魚,陳根記又有,當然試下,水準幾好,辣辣地,d魚肉脆,彈牙,十分開胃。椒鹽鮮魷是黎呢度接近必叫,我都見好多枱都叫,香口但不會太油,唔怪得咁有名。 第二果是龍躉球豆腐煲,都係好惹味。雖然地點唔同左,但水質保持到,會繼續支持。

大排檔已是見少買少,今晚嚟到大埔大明里(饑落亭)陳根記,餐廳是一間老字號,粥粉麵飯小菜也有十幾廿款,價錢相當大眾化,裝修有大排檔的格局,好有親切感,而枱面鋪上一張張的膠枱布,仲準備了一盤碗筷及熱水等顧客自用,非常乾淨。餐牌設計好靚,五顏六色相當吸引。下次再呢試個糯米飯。金湯酸菜魚$100,份量十足認真抵食,魚肉鮮味又嫩滑,湯底又不會有腥味,好香甜美味。臘味石鍋飯$58估不到用石鍋都可做到我最鍾意食的飯焦,臘腸、臘肉香蔥花同薑片十分香口。蠔肉粒粒飽滿。薑蔥廣島蠔$114,蠔肉粒粒都好有蠔味又飽滿,加上大量洋蔥及蔥斷薑片爆炒十分惹味。椒絲腐乳炒生菜,生菜爽口,少少辣味再加腐乳香味,十分入味及爽口。楊枝甘露$28甜品屋一般通常都會收三至四十元等,芒果及其他材料份量十足。

Lunch 唔知食咩好~ 行過饑落亭原來係有午餐~ 我一直以為得晚飯小菜 原來佢都有做午市~ 主要係2 or 3餸飯包埋湯或者飲品~ 每日都唔同既餸 可以自己配搭~ 因為見到有Wasabi手撕雞所以吸引左我入去~ 仲叫咗生炒骨同埋雙蔥爆牛肉~ 雖然係3餸飯但都做得唔錯~ 好似小菜咁但lunch 都可以食到~👍🏻👍🏻

還記得由中學時代就火紅新界區的禾輋邨陳根記,早年暗淡關閉,搬離禾輋邨,但分店就遍地開花,不但沙田碩門有分店,原來大埔舊墟都有啦!今次就專門去食!保留原有風味大埔陳根記專門裝修似大排檔,由鐵皮版做裝潢,加上舊日陳根記的相片!招牌的Washabi手撕雞仍然必食之選,雞肉撕得很幼細,而Washabi醬均勻分佈成碟手撕雞雞肉,少少辣,好刺激,值得再食!半例剛好4個人分量呀!此外,川味腩片豆腐煲亦是餐廳推薦的菜式之一!如果像我們忘記請餐廳煮的少辣,則辣味會非常充足,超好食!豆腐用上類似山水豆腐的種類,外皮和內裡都很滑溜!至於,腩片就很足料,醬汁更適合拌飯呢!值得一提,蝦乾浸時菜,記得點油麥菜,廚師控制熟度剛剛好,爽口又大碟!令人意外的事,陳根記竟然有推出限量甜品,我們分別點了楊枝甘露和雪梨雪耳!兩款糖水份量剛好,最足量和值得推薦則是雪梨雪耳,甜度適中、雪耳爽口,好味!

招牌的Washabi手撕雞仍然必食之選,雞肉撕得很幼細,而Washabi醬均勻分佈成碟手撕雞雞肉,少少辣,好刺激,值得再食!半例剛好4個人分量呀!

此外,川味腩片豆腐煲亦是餐廳推薦的菜式之一!如果像我們忘記請餐廳煮的少辣,則辣味會非常充足,超好食!豆腐用上類似山水豆腐的種類,外皮和內裡都很滑溜!至於,腩片就很足料,醬汁更適合拌飯呢!

值得一提,蝦乾浸時菜,記得點油麥菜,廚師控制熟度剛剛好,爽口又大碟!

令人意外的事,陳根記竟然有推出限量甜品,我們分別點了楊枝甘露和雪梨雪耳!兩款糖水份量剛好,最足量和值得推薦則是雪梨雪耳,甜度適中、雪耳爽口,好味!
