今日到大埔探朋友,此間饑落亭正正在朋友住的附近,所以與朋友一齊揀了在饑落亭食晚餐。餐廳樓底都很高,見到牆上有2大幅畫,蟬述了饑落亭的前身原來叫陳根記,老牌字號呢。蒜蓉炒油麥菜$62這個簡單的蒜蓉油麥菜顯示了廚師的功架,非常爽口入味。川味腩片豆腐煲$75川味腩片豆腐煲,份量都比較多,炸豆腐配上切得較薄的腩片,帶點麻辣的川味,煮得較入味呢。冰鎮白鹵水豬手$68冰鎮滷水豬手,厚薄切得適中,㡳下還真有冰塊鎮著,不會肥膩很爽口。鯪魚球粥$35鯪魚球粥都有好多鯪魚球,粥底也都很清甜綿密。豬潤粥$35本來叫了一個滑牛粥,但餐廳話牛肉已經買曬,所以改了豬潤粥,豬潤切得不是很大件,但是很爽口。甜品有很多款,有芒果木糠布甸、榴槤木糠布甸、美祿恐龍奶凍及楊枝甘露等。要了個楊枝甘露$28奶味及甜度都很相宜,一粒粒的柚子肉酸酸甜甜又有卜卜脆的口感,令楊枝甘露更為惹味。

這陣子冬意濃,跟男友想着到處吃熱炒是個不錯的選擇。早前聽朋友說,陳根記在大埔重開,我們特意騎車到大埔,想着回味一下那個Wasabi手撕雞。星期一晚上到,都座無虛席,二話不說地點了Wasabi手撕雞,看到牆上貼着加一蚊有乳鴿,我們也跟着大隊點了,再來一下熱辣辣的迷你羊腩煲,兩人份量非常恰到好處,最緊要是有火一直暖著。$1乳鴿很入味,少少咸,不過很有肉。點了個啫啫魚腩煲,醬汁包著每件魚肉,用作佐飯就最好!男友說要吃金湯酸菜魚,大排檔的酸菜魚不像飯店般用銅鍋奉桌,很快放涼,酸菜量可再多一點,魚片很滑。這晚夜算是十二月很冷的一晚,吃過大餐就抱著暖暖的胃回家去。

成班朋友聚埋一齊梗係去食小炒,叫番幾味餸一齊食不知幾開心。以前成日幫襯沙田禾輋大排檔的陳根記,知道大埔新開左一段時間,入面的裝修格局也維持着大排檔的風味。實在太肚餓,餐牌有咁多選擇更加肚餓,有晒煎煮蒸炸方式嘅菜式!見到隔離枱食得咁滋味,先點了一份椒鹽鮮魷,炸成金黃色香脆可口,係晚飯美好嘅開始。其後就點了幾款小菜,再每人叫了一碗白飯。金湯酸菜魚最啱我鍾意食酸辣味道嘅人士,其實又唔算太辣,連唔食得辣嘅朋友都食到,佢嘅酸辣湯簡直可以用嚟送飯,而且魚嘅份量都幾多,仲要冇乜骨添,鍾意食川菜嘅朋友一定要試吓!椒鹽豬扒真係好香,賣相亦很吸引,一碟都起碼有七八件,每一塊豬扒都好大塊,認真抵食,而且豬扒肉質鮮嫩,一啲都唔鞋,而且味道剛剛好唔會太咸,配以蒜粒一齊食更加香口。餐廳仲做緊優惠,每張單食滿$320的話,只需要加一蚊就可以換購凍蟹或者乳鴿一隻,乳鴿迷的我有福了!乳鴿即叫即炸,皮薄肉嫩,其後再encore一隻。啲餸實在太好食,話咁快就清晒!而特飲及甜品餐牌都多款選擇,各有特色,就試試這裏的楊枝甘露都只係$28,入面嘅芒果肉同埋西柚粒份量都頗多,果然足料。呢一餐晚飯真係食到捧住個肚出門口,大滿足!

白滷水凍掌翼,涼浸浸地嘆,醃味清爽,陣陣咸香夾雜香料味,料頭非常可口開胃,掌翼皮脆肉嫩,滑嘟嘟白雪雪,肉汁輕流水潤,大家都損得十分滋味,堅好食的前菜!椒鹽鮮魷,極厚粉而油膩,幸好鬆化不燶不硬,但太多炸粉已完全掩蓋魷魚味道。魷魚肉質腍劈劈不脆不彈,鮮味微弱唔難食,全靠個喼汁開胃酸咪咪先食得晒乍。


酥炸大腸,炸大腸皮?內裡空盪盪沒有肉食,鮮艷橙色咸味突出,炸得非常通透乾脆,趙到烈烈聲十分悅耳,滾上大量甜酸汁可減油膩,醒神美味多了。紅燒乳鴿,賣相不討好,黝黑巢皮老屹屹,不是即做拖滾油的出品。鴿皮油油咸咸,鴿肉乾鞋霉味道濁,鴿頭頸乾爭爭,鴿腦縮晒水細細粒。


蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌,菜牌看似又平又抵食,出場原來係小朋友細細隻,這個價錢理應早已估計得到。微溫帶著芳香氣味送到,方便一口蒜蓉粉絲貴妃蚌直入無需猶豫。鮮蚌味道略強,嚥韌略過火,兇湧甜甜蚌水已被粉絲完全吸收,撞上大量香口蒜蓉甜中帶辛,滿意達標!最衰太細隻唔夠喉。


醉翁烏頭,醉翁之意不在魚?物超所值 $60 蚊細烏頭,而且有驚喜的享受。肉魚還有點點暖意,並非完全凍食的,淋上香茜醉汁出場。解剖開眼測沒半點黃油,出奇地魚味濃郁,甜美香醇不苦不澀,啖啖肉散發甜而不嗆的酒香。鬆乾的魚身肉,膠彈滑的魚肚,最後只剩一棚骨,全部損得乾乾淨淨!


胡椒中蝦,中蝦大大隻好野黎喎!胡椒蒜蓉香噴噴,雖然過熟左少少,話晒爽甜有鮮蝦味有蝦甜味,藏著甘香蝦膏。炸脆多一點更好,我可以連蝦殼都食埋添呀!現不夠乾脆要剝殼,浪費。我想有碗湯河比我撈胡椒蒜蓉酥,真係一窩河粉都食得晒。


根記冬蔭功湯浸蜆,廿十成熟的蜆肉膠感十足,無晒蜆味,無晒鮮味,得左!冬蔭功味橡皮糖,湯汁味道單調,不香不甜不酸不辣,無香茅味無青檸無椰奶無番茄,淺嚐兩口湯汁掉低,真係唔知咩黎!


鹽焗雞半隻,賢哥突然未能出席,點道賢焗雞紀念一下,生日梗係要叫雞啦!完全無雞味但勝在咸雞清香,淋上暖意薑蔥芡汁,滾埋沙薑醬夠晒味道唔淡口。雞皮黏滑,髀肉彈嫩,胸肉鬆軟,難得合格食得過。


雙菇扒西蘭花,竟然係金菇草菇,真係菇您唔到啦!預想的冬菇幻滅。我只係見到一個悶字,無鑊氣靜蠅蠅的表現,灼好的西蘭花鋪上悶悶的雙菇蠔汁芡,厚厚杰撻撻。西蘭花爽脆無過腍,草菇味濃滑滑,金菇碎無意見。


孜然棒棒骨,微弱的暖意沒怎麼鑊氣,起碼啖啖肉夠開心。結實有咬口的質地,面頭味道似椒鹽,下面才有孜然味道,兜得不夠均勻,滿意食得過。油鹽水浸蜆,酸汁黎喎?整碟微暖,蜆肉不夠新鮮散發腥腥氣味,瘦猛猛不肥美不鮮甜,食到成口泥成口沙,火都黎!


迷你羊腩煲,唯一熱騰騰的菜色,因為有明火燒住。有冬菇有馬蒂,有肥膏羶羶的羊腩,瘦肉炆得不夠入味,現成腐乳醬即用沒有調過,太咸太嗆啊!免強入得口,試一次便夠。茄子魚頭煲,寫錯號碼啊!本想食白鱔煲架。茄子半腍半爽,魚頭微暖黐底滿口粉,無肉食只能損損骨,脆脆食汁過口癮,還泛著少少魚腥味道。

之前一直去開沙田嘅陳根記,知佢喺大埔開返真係好開心!有別於以往,我今次去係食午餐。無論午餐或晚餐,餐廳也是座無虛席。估唔到午餐雖然平民價錢,但身材選擇仍然很多,而且每天的組合也不同!今次我點了麻婆豆腐及最著名的Wasabi手撕雞。而我的媽媽就選了薑蔥魚腩及生炒骨。餸菜依然很惹味,不會因為是午餐而失水準。午餐附送冷熱飲品或例湯,除餐亦附送小啫哩作甜品。整體而言,$40便可吃到如此豐富的午餐,如此的良心小店實在難得一遇!
