第一次食有綠茶味嘅叉燒包,感覺好清新。
入邊叉燒餡仲好足料~
鹹薄撐~ 呢一樣嘢喺懷舊酒樓先有得食,估唔到係一間新興嘅酒樓都仲存在👍🏻
點心方面幾足料,加上環境好舒服。

難得今日收早!即刻Call 班飯脚出黎試下新野,銅鑼灣嘅餐廳都食到有啲悶曬,朋友仔推薦話銅鑼灣廣場二期開咗間新嘅中菜廳,信佢!入到門口裝修都好新,坐低D姐姐都幾好招呼,點咗一份叉燒同一份一口豆腐試下先。佢哋嘅叉燒好厚切,好好食,叉燒嘅油香味出晒嚟。一口豆腐亦都炸得好香脆,但係真係好熱氣。因為餐廳係新開嘅,所以好想知道有啲乜嘢係特別推介。侍應姐姐就推介咗佢哋嘅乳鴿,真係好香脆可口,仲好juicy,真係好耐都冇食到咁好食嘅乳鴿啦。我仲點咗一份椒麻安格斯牛柳粒,超級多牛柳粒,最後仲食唔晒。牛柳粒好香,肥瘦均勻唔會好乾柴,有一啲麻麻但又唔辣嘅口感,好正。最後仲點咗一碗楊枝甘露,超級大碗,超級多芒果!甜品噶最高評價係咩?“”唔係好甜!“”。

難得今日收早!即刻Call 班飯脚出黎試下新野,銅鑼灣嘅餐廳都食到有啲悶曬,朋友仔推薦話銅鑼灣廣場二期開咗間新嘅中菜廳,信佢!
入到門口裝修都好新,坐低D姐姐都幾好招呼,點咗一份叉燒同一份一口豆腐試下先。佢哋嘅叉燒好厚切,好好食,叉燒嘅油香味出晒嚟。一口豆腐亦都炸得好香脆,但係真係好熱氣。
因為餐廳係新開嘅,所以好想知道有啲乜嘢係特別推介。侍應姐姐就推介咗佢哋嘅乳鴿,真係好香脆可口,仲好juicy,真係好耐都冇食到咁好食嘅乳鴿啦。
我仲點咗一份椒麻安格斯牛柳粒,超級多牛柳粒,最後仲食唔晒。牛柳粒好香,肥瘦均勻唔會好乾柴,有一啲麻麻但又唔辣嘅口感,好正。
最後仲點咗一碗楊枝甘露,超級大碗,超級多芒果!甜品噶最高評價係咩?“”唔係好甜!“”。

今日幾個同事一齊聚餐大家都想來試下銅鑼灣呢間新開嘅新派中菜餐廳。環境幽雅大堂闊落,第一感觀就好唔錯吖紅米腸一盅有6件,腸粉皮又薄又軟糯,蝦肉彈牙,外糯裡脆口感豐富,唔點醬汁都夠晒味。鵪鶉蛋燒賣造型好得意喔 皮薄肉質緊致彈牙,咬落去啖啖肉汁滲出來,好鮮甜。鮮竹牛肉球都好唔錯,一盅三大個,個個肉質飽滿,鮮美多汁,好抵食喔。潮汕蒸粉果系我嘅最愛外皮夠晒煙韌,口感好正,內餡餡料豐富,大家一起share,瞬間就光碟,hehe黃橋燒餅亦都幾好味,但系香菇味個人唔系好中意,冇叉燒味個只好食,勝在皮薄香口。生滾粥都好正十分鮮甜,魚片鮮甜滑口,十分解膩。最後用流沙包收尾,好滿意嘅一餐,大家AA食得滿足又抵,下次要帶屋企人一齊來。

上桌擺碟精緻,黑毛豬咕嚕肉夾上有拔絲效果,炸醬不太厚,微甜微鹹,入口鬆化,鳳梨酸酸甜甜好醒胃。

紅燒乳鴿

第一下感覺好大碟,米粉面上鋪咗好多蟹肉,撈起個米粉,會見到幾多瑤柱絲同蟹粉,去上爽脆嘅銀牙,幾好食,每一啖都食到裡面嘅配料,唔會油膩,而且大大碟,應該足夠3個人食。
