在深水埗閒逛，看到這店的櫥窗掛滿我了燒鵝。同場雖然還有其他燒味，但還是燒鵝最吸引。看看價錢， $118便有半隻，忍不住買了半隻。店員把裝在盒子內的半隻燒鵝交給我，重量十足，摸摸盒子，暖暖的，真令人垂涎欲滴。晚飯時候，把燒鵝放到飯桌上，打開盒蓋，香氣撲鼻。立即一試，可能因為已過了一個多小時，所以燒鵝已變冷，皮亦已不脆，實在可惜。至於肉質，沒有想像中那麼嫩滑，但口感也不錯。味道方面，不太鹹，配上附送的鵝汁和酸梅醬更好吃。下次要即買即吃！ continue reading
