尋找深水埗有質素燒味店斬料，見金寶有人龍試吓，人龍雖有有8人，但師傅斬料幾快手，點了半斤燒肉，半隻燒鴨，共$140。回家打開，燒肉的脆皮相對肉較少而且皮甩開，無乜肥肉，但食不出肉汁味。燒鴨半隻幾大份，肉瘦啖啖肉，皮比較燶身，五香粉唔夠味。整體來說okay。 continue reading

經過見到好多人排隊，裝修感覺係老店，都算乾淨衛生，燒味飯價錢好親民，仲送例湯。等咗10分鐘終於有位，諗咗好耐食咩好，終於叫咗碟燒肉切雞飯，唔知係唔係靚女有著數，竟然俾雞髀我真係意想不到燒肉d皮脆卜卜，肉肥瘦均勻好正，雞肉新鮮有雞味，例湯係雞腳湯，夠熱夠入味，天天涼涼地有碗熱湯落肚真係子暖胃。唔記得叫少飯所以好大碟飯，男士食嘅話都一定夠飽，45蚊都算抵食地址深水埗南昌街203號昌華新樓地舖港鐵深水埗站B2出口，步行約5分鐘 continue reading

以前有兩間都好多人排，買過好多次，搬走左去開深水埗，以為係呢間咁多人排於是去買。見前面熟客又係要燒肉，砧板就攞掛起果d新鮮比佢，到我可能見你唔係熟客/唔熟路就攞砧板隔離收埋果d頭頭尾尾比你，然後就叫你去比錢，返去睇完來都係尾位。仲有未切嘅燒豬就咁掛路邊，客人出出入入又窄個入口，d人d褲好易hi到。之後問返同區嘅人，以前果度前後兩間，其中好食果間搬左去西九龍對面，呢間點解排長龍，可能好似有其他op食客話齋，係佢切得慢（突登？），唔係佢特別好食…. 沒下次！ continue reading
