好耐都冇去過九龍城食泰國菜,早兩日咁啱去完啟德就搭咗兩個站探訪一下小泰國,餐廳座位唔算多,有種好地道嘅泰國風!餐廳好似家庭式經營感覺相當親切!我哋就叫咗幾樣食物,有泰式黃咖喱大頭蝦,仲叫咗一份薄餅佢點咖喱, 有三隻開邊大蝦,蝦肉都幾新鮮爽口,配埋啖啖咖喱,唔會好辣!薄餅係即叫即煎嘅份量好多! 每一片薄餅都沾滿咖喱,性格比高!我哋另外叫咗個豬頸肉炒河,即叫即炒嘅河粉熱辣辣咁樣上枱,而且非常之夠鑊氣!跟住我哋仲叫咗碟燒牛肉,燒牛肉都係即叫即烤嘅,半生熟仲帶有肉汁!醬汁帶有泰式嘅香辣嘅!飲品方面我哋叫咗個椰青同埋芒果沙冰,為今晚畫上咗完美句號! continue reading

這間泰國菜館地方不大,但泰菜款式很多,價錢平民化。點了一份青芒果沙律,青芒果切得幼細,味道甜甜酸酸辣辣,配以炸香了的蝦米及腰果,有種脆脆的口感,好開胃。燒雞翼燒得皮脆肉嫩,不沾醬汁都已經阿夠味道,只是$15串,抵食。脆肉炒椰菜苗,大大碟,椰菜苗口感爽脆。脆肉脆口而乾身不油膩,咸香惹味。冬蔭功河粉,酸酸辣辣很開胃,配菜有數隻爽口蝦隻。泰式甜品又點少得芒果糯米飯,兩大件清甜芒果配上軟糯的糯米飯,淋上椰漿,必食。 continue reading

很久都没有約表妹出街食飯了,我見近日比較得閑,所以约了表妹去九龍城食泰國菜試試。位置是在九龍城城南道附近,從宋王臺地鐵站B2出門口步行3分鐘,交通算是方便。在泰國餐廳內,雖然座位只有8枱座位左右,但坐得舒適。我七點左右到,餐廳內坐得差不多滿了。一進去,服務員就送上餐牌及可點餐,服務員服務周到,食得安心。泰式拼盤$95春卷有粉絲、红羅白、肉絲等…..加上脆脆的皮,特別好味。至於虾餅就炸得金黄,全蝦膠,鮮味十足。雞翼也炸入味及食落唔錯。皮蛋就用脆脆皮包住食落好有口感,第一次食這味菜,很有口感😍🍢沙爹串燒$45豬,牛,雞各一串,每串串燒上會拈上特製的醬汁,口感既鮮嫩多汁, 表面烤得恰到好處,有著適度的焦香味。恰好與肉的鮮味相襯。又能吸收沙嗲醬汁的香氣,讓人意猶未盡。薄餅$40唔想食飯,所以點了份薄餅配串燒,薄餅的份量十足,放咗蒜蓉在薄餅上,蒜蓉味好濃,表妹至愛。泰式燒羊架$138羊架有4大件,十分抵食,味道濃而好食,燒得剛剛好,連羊的酥味也濃郁,真是不妨試試。飛天通菜$66馬拉盞好濃郁的不辣,炒起通菜配合得天衣無縫,通菜嫩口👍🏻椰青$42椰青肉好幼,椰青水好甜,跟來除了飲筒外還有匙羹,是用食椰青肉的,一般在超市難買到。整體而言,這裏佈置簡陋,感覺環境舒適,交通方便,食物味道也不錯,我們約不久的將來再次光顧。 continue reading

九龍城果然係小店無敵!疫情嗰陣都係叫外賣,第一次堂食性價比極高,仲要係開到凌晨六點宵夜冇得頂!豬頸肉生菜包真心必食💛平時豬肉碎雞肉碎食得多,估唔到用豬頸肉包生菜效果咁驚艷,豬頸肉調味同我去泰國食嘅地道小館一樣,再用生菜包住中和咗油膩感!炸蝦餅屬於中上發揮,蝦肉彈牙,外皮酥脆,下次如再幫襯,小食可能會試吓糯米釀雞翼。本身想嗌椰青,不過驚太涼所以叫咗杯青檸梳打,正常發揮汽水夠氣🫶🏻另外超推介佢哋嘅燒烤,即叫即燒炭火香燒魷魚又必食推介!肉質好嫩咬落去仲有炭火嘅香味,配埋佢個泰式辣汁perfect(串燒呢part相對等嘅時間耐少少,證明啲姐姐真係燒得好有心機慢工出細貨)炒芥蘭都好出色好有鑊氣!啲菜一啲都唔老有少少似食炒蒜苗💛主食糾結咗一段時間,最後揀咗菠蘿炒飯真係冇失望,最重要一點粒粒分明好香口,🤟🏻小朋友都好鍾意食整體成餐飯我都比滿分真係要支持吓香港特色小店!臨走仲買多咗包蝦片$15真係好好食😆 continue reading

餐廳座位十足,老闆娘主動打招呼好nice🥰泰式炒金邊粉份量適中,蝦既新鮮彈牙又大隻,十分惹味🧡泰式明爐蒸烏頭有別於一般做法幾特別,用gas爐慢慢煮,肉質幼嫩,一啲泥味都冇,很不錯呢🤍馬拉盞炒泰國通菜食泰菜通常都會叫通菜,好爽口好入味💚串燒豬牛各一串,串燒很香口惹味,保持很多肉汁,沙嗲醬亦很有水準,非常嫩口🤎芒果糯米飯幾飽都要試下既芒果糯米飯,大愛😍,有白糯米配鮮甜芒果,越食越想去泰國💛 continue reading
