鷄煲食過好幾次,今次初嚐鵝煲專家的鵞大哥,經同事介紹下,即興訂位啦!周末晚上17:30開始營業,我們六點到,人唔算多,坐得好舒服,環境衛生好滿意,服務員又好有禮貌,不過呢喥無茶水供應,如果要飲茶就要$18一壺。三人行,第一時間點一份鵝煲,鵝腸一份,但係無諗到已預先放入煲內,其實煲鵝熟哂,鵝腸一次過就俾佢放哂煲內,完全睇唔到有幾多份量,但價錢收$72,我們三人每人食到兩條大細不一,好似被騙了。成十蚊一條鵝腸,雖然爽口,但價錢不值。除了對這個不滿,其他食物尚可滿意,好似脆鯇骨腩,爽脆但欠了點鮮魚味。牛三寶有黑牛柏葉、牛白肉、牛心頂,好爽口,不過食唔到咩味。服務員推介蟶子,$35隻,好新鮮好大隻,好入味(炆鵝汁)。綜合上述,鵝煲鵝肉少,見到有半邊鵝頭,有鵝肉食幾件,肥膏又多,鵝頸,份量少過酒樓的例牌鵝,收$148覺得貴咗啲囉。下次會試其他煲火鍋。

今日同朋友去食鵝煲雞煲食得多,鵝煲真係第一次我必須講:好好味好嫩竹蔗茅根係一渣渣上,佢好大好粗一根…竹蔗(好評)好仲意魚腐,好淋好入味包心芝士丸D芝士真係可以拉好長鵝腸好爽口佢既魚皮超大件,怪唔得係招牌我要特別讚一下個侍應亞叔,真係好好招呼我唔係話高級酒店既禮貌招呼,而係好親切丶話說我5點半黎⋯得2枱客人,如果唔想等大家可以早D到(鵝煲比外面的某一些雞煲仲平丶但更好味)下次我會再同朋友黎,以後又多一個好去處

原本兩樣各自定價 $88,但我地只有兩個人食唔到咁多,所以選擇加8蚊雙拼。
水餃皇真材實料,一隻裡面大概有三至四隻大蝦,食落非常爽口,滿足。至於蝦丸有流沙效果,蛋黃味道唔算好強烈,蝦丸都幾彈牙,未至於驚喜。另外有啲手打丸類定價 $42-$66,可以接受。

這店鋪是新開的,平時食開雞煲,但鵝煲就第一次試,都真的不錯,食完重可以打邊爐,食品款式都多,除左打邊爐重有小炒皇,刺身,等等。三文魚非常甜,小炒皇非常好食,如果飲酒既人絕對可以叫黎食,炸魚皮絕對要試,雖然要等,但非常值得等,因為真係同出面一啲都唔同,值得試試。
