誰說小店不能做到高質而勝價比高的食物🥘。 發現在元朗的小巷中, 有一間日本餐。 不論麪質,價錢都優勝。 (5⭐️最高)日式濃汁會牛肋條壽喜燒湯套餐(5⭐️)當中的湯底好濃烈,日式濃汁又甜甜酸酸, 好開胃🤤。 牛助條煮得好滑、好冧😙。 麪底我選擇了香港傳統手工蛋面, 黃色麪身,保留濃濃的蛋香味, 食落非常有筋性、而且彈牙。 醬油慢煮豚軟骨配脆脆豬皮豚骨濃湯套餐 (5⭐️)湯底用骨湯,入口味到鮮甜,豚肉軟骨又大大份,又夠入味🤩、又夠腍嘅豬軟骨十分足料😘. 但我比較喜歡佢脆脆豬皮👍🏻,咬落爽口而且唔油膩, 湯底方面相對比牛肋條湯底為清淡,而面質亦都相當入味🤩。 唐揚炸雞🍗入口香嫩幼滑,而且份量啱啱好🥰又唔會太油膩😉沙律大大份, 又夠足料, 抵贊👍🏻海苔薯條 (5⭐️)夠香夠熱夠脆,而且海苔粉🩷亦都好足料。鐘意食海苔嘅朋友,必食之選。椒鹽炸雞軟骨(5⭐️)入口爽口彈牙, 粒粒下一首大少適中😘。 椒鹽分布平均😙

前身是日式章魚小丸子店現在變成日式家庭麵食店裝潢沒太大改變,加了高櫈吧枱風格,個人覺得挺適合社恐人士的午市有一麵食加一飲品加一沙律或炸雞塊套餐七十至一百左右定位有點像拉麵店但卻是日本讚岐烏冬或香港手工蛋麵實在是有點與別不同的特式吃麵的話我覺得湯頭是最為重要蟹肉海老味噌蝦湯材料豐富,第一下的感覺是色彩鮮艷虎蝦約三至四隻(忘了)蟹肉也有很多手工蛋麵很彈牙這個配搭是挺有驚喜的湯底有大量櫻花蝦,帶點鹹香唯獨不夠熱,真的是十分可惜相信如果夠熱的話香味會更香濃溫泉蛋牛肩胛壽喜燒湯這個也是色彩很鮮艷的一碗牛肩胛大大一片的吃起來更滿足點了烏冬,跟溫泉蛋更配搭,滑溜掛汁壽喜燒湯就是甜甜的醬油可惜敗處也是不夠熱跟餐的沙律非常不錯沙律菜新鮮幼嫩,配日式胡麻醬還有生紫洋蔥和車厘茄跟餐的日式炸雞共三塊新鮮炸起,這個是夠熱的另加了小食燒汁雞皮餃子好像每一枱客人都有加這款果然是必點之選皮脆帶脂香,咬落爆汁這個也是即叫即煎,超級熱辣辣所以麵不夠熱也許是因為客滿有點吃不消?小店人手有限這個我是理解的夏天還好冬天的話想吃熱騰騰的麵就有點不夠過癮
