元朗人話好出名所以去開元朗專程嚟試吓呢間店星期日夜晚去都幾多人首先叫咗一份餃子 嚟到超級特別第一次見餃子係整到咁嘅樣分返開黎都有五隻啱啱整好熱辣辣 都吹咗一陣先好食裏面有粟米,而且有肉汁唔會整得乾值得推介一試 脆口得黎不太熱氣然後叫咗白雞湯拉麵同醬油拉麵望落去已經好吸引,而且聞到拉麵的香味同埋好大碗啊 湯有淡淡的雞味麵份量都多而且軟硬度可以選擇的我是適中,啱啱好雖然雞肉同叉燒各一片 但都好大片,同埋厚度適中都足夠食 好林又入味糖心蛋裏面真係流心蛋味濃郁新鮮而醬油拉麵湯底都唔會好鹹 所以鍾意清淡啲可以選擇白雞湯

尋日試完頗出名既拉麵後又挑起條拉麵癮, 發覺bookmark左成年,  就決定去試下。睇過網上評價, 呢間出名食雞白湯, 就叫左鹽味雞白湯拉麵。湯底: 雞白湯表面冇油, 油分已溶入湯裏 。入口有淡淡雞味, 飲得出有落雞骨煲, 飲落唔口渴, 濃而不膩。拉麵: 使用幼身拉麵, 麵質揀左硬, 又真係偏硬, 食到最後都冇淋到發覺普遍雞白湯底都偏向配幼麵。配料:有2片豬肩肉, 1片雞胸肉, 1粒雞肉丸, 味蛋及紫菜。叉燒灸燒過, 似豬頸肉, 較為一般。雞胸肉反而有驚喜, 入口有雞味同淡淡酒香, 一啲都唔鞋唔韌。加上有灸燒過, 食落有鴨胸肉質感。雞肉丸多根, 幾特別, 同時兼顧味道同口感。另外叫左碟雞肉捧, 應該同雞肉丸係同一款肉。因為係雞肉捧 , expect應該係有雞肉味咬落又juicy。  但佢太多根, 同雞肉丸唯一分別係多左陣燒過香氣同有啲燒汁, 對雞肉捧比較失望。衝住雞白湯拉麵非常值得一試,  唯一係豚叉燒比較一般。   湯底:4.5/5分麵: 4/5分叉燒:3.5/5分

太熱🥵..見到佢menu “柚子大蝦帆立貝冷湯麵”,二話不說入去食。估唔到元朗有咁高質麵店,冷麵用幼麵,唔會硬...2塊豬肉1塊雞肉,放係碗邊,以免太冷會硬,細心。個湯冇落冰,所以濃味,加埋柚子啫喱,好清香,即刻有番胃口。隻蝦🦐彈牙冇雪味好新鮮。流心蛋,正值得來。希望大家支持下香港小店。

位於元朗這一間日式拉麵店,坐輕鐵去只需行2分鐘就到,如果坐地鐵就喺朗屏站經過元朗商場都係大概10分鐘嘅路程。首先間餐廳比較細小,所以記得預留時間早啲去,因為都好多人去食。首先講吓點解咁多人去食啦,佢主打嘅湯底其實得兩大款,一個係鰹魚湯一個白雞湯。兩個湯都非常出色,我自己非常喜歡,因為佢嘅湯底清澈又唔鹹又鮮甜。配上特製嘅雞胸肉,我從來都冇食過咁嫩滑嘅雞胸肉。淨係食佢塊雞胸肉已經知道廚師嘅煮食級別了。另外我哋仲嗌咗幾款小食添,包括有吉列炸蠔,蟹籽沙律,牛肉薯餅,炸雞串。其中牛肉薯餅同我去日本食嘅一模一樣都係咁好食。另外餐廳環境都好有特色,服務態度良好很細心。整體平評分都非常高,值得推介同朋友一齊食。
