Crisp shell filled with moist onion, tomato and potato filling. A dish that awakes your taste bud with every bite. Recommend to eat immediately to retain the crisp.Dosa – a thin crepe wrapped with curry potato filling. Recommend to add masala sauce to increase the flavour profile.Garlic Naan – freshly baked filling the surrounding with a rich garlicy aroma. With slight hint of crispness adding a crunch, perhaps one of the best in Hong Kong.The Shahi Murg Tikka chicken – was moist and flavourful whilst the Tandoori Fish Tikka was disappointedly on the dry sideMilagu Chicken Curry – moist chicken layered with a rich curry sauce that some may find overly salty.Pindi Chole (V) – Rich and complex flavour profile, perfect pairing with Naan/ RiceKadhi Gosht – rich and thick sauce, an explosion of flavour with each mouthful. During the Covid19 effect coming down and with restrictions easing, we decided to go for the brunch at this famous Indian restaurant. The service was prompt and the staff courteous. Shortly after we were seated, we were served Pani poori, bhel, pav bhaji and paneer at the table. Great presentation though the bhel was on sweeter side. In starters, there was masala dosa with two types of yummy chutneys, again brought to the table. Chicken kebab, Kachori, tiny idlis and medu vadas with sambhar. All starters were yummy, with chicken so tender and just cooked to perfection. The stuffed kachori was the highlight. In main course, there were many dishes including fish, chicken, paneer and of ourse the daal makhani. The garlic naan was soft and crispy at the same time. In the end, we were so stuffed but couldn't say no to so many delicious desserts like gajar ka halwa, gulab jamun, fruits and crispy jalebis. A complimentary drink was also given, you can get soft drinks, fresh lime sida or lassi. Had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for authentic Indian food..

Bombay Dreams和New Punjab Clubs都是外國人很喜歡的印度菜, 裝修西化 , 有大量紅白酒選擇, 一入到去感覺吃西餐多過似印度菜, 所以也受到米芝蓮評審的好評, 成為其名冊的一份子. 價錢比一般印度菜要高, 但當然比起Fine Dining來說還是相對便宜. 除了不同種類的咖喱外, 來到這裏當然要吃她的芝士, 所以頭盤點了簡單的Bhatti Ka Paneer, 也就是用Tandoor烤的芝士, 用上農場芝士, 口感比一般的實在, 外面則帶有土烤的香氣和焦脆, 口感像硬豆腐, 而微辣的味道令這頭盤變得很恰如其分.主菜點了兩種咖喱: 果阿咖喱魚以及Chicken Labadbar. 前者魚肉口感結實, 但咖喱香味和辣味過於柔和, 而且水汪汪的質感我沒有太大的好感; 後者是奶油咖喱雞塊再加上蕃茄和洋蔥炒起, 味道帶甜而質感是我喜歡的類型, 而且加上奶油也也帶起咖喱的香味, 表現比前者好. 除了咖喱我也點了烤羊架, 大塊頭的羊架在Tandoor上烤得均勻, 肉質沒有烤得過老, 內裏依然保持着Medium. 用上乳酪, 肉桂和薑除了中和了羊的羶味外, 也為其帶上獨特的甜辣, 吃起來相當舒服, 既然點了咖喱自然也要以Naan作伴菜, Garlic Naan的蒜蓉味夠重, 但麵包口感死實, 還是北角的烤爐印度餐廳的Naan, 才是我的至愛.

The staff was extremely impolite and rude. We finished our lunch around 3:30 pm and the staff was rude enough to tell us to leave the restaurant and reminded us that we stayed for more than 30 minutes after finishing our food. I don’t have the name of the staff, he was tall and was at the reception counter.

I went to Bombay Dreams for a Sunday Brunch, expecting some nice time with family along with good food but I was pretty disappointed. The service was way too slow, Initially they placed us on a corner table and then completely forgot about us, the waiters never bothered to come over to check or clear up the plates. Moreover, with such a lack luster service, the food quality has gone down considerably. A few mains and starters were just alright and one of their desert (a pudding of some sort) was stale and tasted very funky. The restaurant does need to improve both on quality of their food and the service offered
