To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很多朋友覺得食印度菜都會是超辣,其實印度菜系有分南方及北方口味,北方著重香味,而南方則會偏辣及鹹。今次看完戲來吃飯的這店,雖不是印度餐廳,其中廚師卻是有印度人主理。餐廳主打一系列西歐菜系及印度菜,侍應全是外籍朋友,來光顧的一眾老饕有不少也是老外,外國氣氛濃郁:間隔有室內有戶外:開胃菜「Caesar Salad with Smoked Salmon」HK$190有羅馬生菜、切碎的巴馬臣芝士、脆麵包粒、沙律醬等:大家知唔知「凱撒沙律」其實係起源自墨西哥的呢?故事起源係在1924年有位「凱撒先生」,喺墨西哥做意大利餐廳老闆同廚師,有次餐廳耗盡了廚房內所有的食材,因此他用僅剩的材料,就製作出了「凱撒沙律」,咁而家呢個沙律都遍佈世界各地,大家都唔陌生。沙律菜冰凍爽脆,食落味道不寡,酸酸咪咪夏天醒胃菜,蠻對我胃口,反而用 $60 top up 加的煙三文魚就無感,不搭配,建議可省略。。。「Spicy Chicken Wings」HK128炸雞中翼伴印度辣椒汁及乳酪醬,炸得非常鬆脆,且重點是肉汁能有所保留:別輕看這個小食,易做難精,很容易會弄到乾柴柴:辣汁辣到湯嘴,唔食得辣就真係唔好掂:印度烤雞「Chicken Tikka Sizzles」HK$215用鐵板上聲音「嘶哩嘶哩」,兩塊嫩雞扒配上辣味提卡醬香氣撲鼻,保持威勢,可謂五感的享受:雞仍是嫩滋滋地好吃,略帶焦香,沒燒得過火,仍保持 juicy 度,加檸檬汁更令味道有所提升:伴隨印度烤雞送上「Garlic Naan Bread」配乳酪醬、薄荷醬:包面頭已有蒜蓉,新鮮烤起,香口。印度薄餅其實也分很多種,有三角形的 Naan、圓形的 Roti、似蔥油餅的 Paratha,還有鬆化的胡椒餅,我最喜歡始終是是 Naan (若用來點咖喱汁就更一流):吃到這裏和家人已經飽到不得了。此店逢星期五、六晚有 live band 及肚皮舞表演,人客也可以跳舞,來個週末放鬆。

假日黎到東涌尋覓美食,選擇咗一間西餐廳。雖然餐牌主打西式料理但菜式卻帶有濃厚嘅中東同印度風味。這間餐廳同時都係一間Bar,設計非常有格調,環境亦寬敞舒適,無論係朋友聚會,定係一路觀看球賽,一路食嘢都非常合適,而整體嚟講,呢間餐廳食物份量都好大份Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli意大利餃份量都多,餃子皮厚度中規中矩,餡料入邊嘅菠菜同乳酪都好配合,唔會好鹹,忌廉汁都好Creamy炸薯條薯條份量多,薯條可以炸得再香脆點烤雞肉pizza Pizza配料豐富,包括雞胸肉、芝士、洋蔥、彩椒同蘑菇。Pizza𥚃的雞肉嫩滑,其他蔬菜嘅配料量就中規中矩,但整體都大份

今次食評嚟到A tavola Bar and Grill嘅東涌分店,最正係揾到一個正嘅位置,身處outlet嘅熱鬧之中,又能享受一啖住靚靚西餐。我地先撈了個鮮蝦沙律,蝦仁彈牙得嚟又口感十足,搭配嘅沙律菜又鮮嘅,真係爽口得滯!烤雞胸肉正到爆燈,瞓身多汁,輕輕咬落去都溶入味道,寫住都仲嘆息緊。再點嗰份地中海pizza,嚟頭十足,mozzarella cheese牽絲,每啖都滿足到塞滿整個口腔。最後嘅香辣茄醬penne又係另一個驚喜,辣度啱啱好,惹味惹得很,令人一啖接一啖。周圍音樂震耳欲聾,食物、氣氛百分百咁正,真係食得開心又滿足。下次再嚟,一定要再嚐多幾款,各位食客冇試過真係要快啲黎試下啦!🍴🎉
